We paid $144 for service and paid tip. They have a "suggested tip" $20 each person if you liked the service and 25$ for excellent service. That's outrageous. We already paid the service a tip is not required. She asked why I tipped so little if it was good so I paid a bit more which I was not okay with. You gave me a discount for the first time were you trying to make the money back with the tip? Never again. The attitude about the tip was amazing even better she made a comment and said whatever you want a tip is okay but you're harassing me about getting more tip. Honestly it was very rude and unprofessional. What if I didn't have enough to tip how you wanted. I paid the service and paid what I was able to give. It's very hard in this world right now to be harassing anyone about giving more tip than what they already received. A tip is an option not something you have to do. DO NOT COME HERE OR YOULL GET HARASSED FOR MORE TIP FOR WHAT THEY THINK THEY DESERVE FOR THE SERVICE To add another thing. A TIP IS NOT REQUIRED LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN. Out of desperation I looked at Yelp one night and saw Ed's page and then his Instagram. I had 2 sessions in Jan with Ed. I felt immediate relief after the first and after about a week or two I went back to Ed for a followup... felt even more relief after the 2nd visit. I waited to write this review as I wanted to see how long the treatments would hold up - and very happy to say that the treatments held up, and that alongside work i've been doing (gym, stretching, etc) - it has kept the pain away and my neck is regaining the flexibility it once had. You have to text him on arrival so he can open the gate leading to the building he practices in. The first time I visited Ed he mostly did P-DTR with me and a tiny bit of manual therapy. I felt considerably better for a few days. I went back , gave him my feedback about what I felt in my body since then, and he promised me I'd feel better for even longer. He only did P-DTR on me. The improvements I felt didn't even last the day. Between that and some deeper research I did into the nature of P-DTR, I decided it's not worth another try.

She is also very conscientious, discussing what "ails" you and how her therapy skills can assist; I really appreciate her table-side manner, never pressuring, belittling or negative. In the past, I've used services from Massage Envy, high end boutique spas, and other individual massage therapists and IMHO, Mila ranks among the top for overall satisfaction!! Kim is great at getting out knots or little problem spots and leaving you walking out feeling better. She is a talented massage therapist with a lot of experience and will give you your money's worth. Some other places they give you a "feel good" massage that may as well be a back-rub. Here, you will have some work done and walk out feeling better. When you start the session she asks you how you are doing and takes notes. She listens and asks you what kind of work you want or where. For example, do you want focus on an area or an all over massage.

I went to Jim after having foot and ankle pain for a long 11 months post partum. I had tried…read moreeverything (stretches, various types of yoga, strengthening, foam rolling, self massage, acupuncture etc) and although I would get small incremental relief, it never lasted long. I read the 5 star reviews and knew I had to book. I booked for 90 minutes and asked for a focus on calves and feet, I briefly explained my problem and when it began and he got to work! I let him know I typically like deep pressure when he asked but never interrupted him while he was working even though there wasn't a "deep pressure" on my calves that I thought my calves needed, I could tell he was doing something different.. man am I super glad I let the master do his work because apparently I still had residual fluid in my feet and ankles from pregnancy that I had no idea about and he worked it out of my feet. Swelling I didn't even know I had went away immediately after and continued to go down a little bit more the following days and the tightness and soreness I had been feeling in my calves is gone and my feet/ankles are soooo so much better even 2 weeks after my massage. When he did work on my back a bit, I also felt that deep work pressure I typically like for deep tissue and I can't wait to get to that bodywork next because I know it is going to not just feel good "pain" in the moment but the actual underlying healing will be profound. So glad I found Jim! He is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive.
