I had an unusual offer that required some additional work to figure out but they handled it with aplomb. Mike and Sunny took the time to respond to several emails and calls over the course of a couple of days, answering all questions and promising to find an answer if they had none. Once we got there to sign the paperwork, we were greeted by Shawn. He is very lighthearted and jovial and just a nice dude. He took the time to give us a quick rundown of the features of the vehicle, making sure we knew everything we needed to know about how to operate it. It was then revealed to us that they didn't actually have one of the accessories that we had asked for, but they had sent someone to drive to Toledo to acquire it from another dealership, and that he would be back any minute. Talk about going above and beyond. Finally, we met with Sunny to sign all the paperwork, and she was such a joy to work with. Very personable and kind, we honestly spent half the time just talking and telling personal stories. After all was said and done, Sunny handed us the keys and we went out to the car to find Shawn running the AC to cool it down for us. We said goodbye and started the drive back to Fort Wayne. Then proceeded to lie and say it only tested to 0 degrees. Wanted $156 to flush. I smelled the BS a mile away and had them fix the tire and ran. Tool the car to smiths and they called to say that there's nothing wrong, tests to -40, and the coolant is blue because Honda uses blue coolant. No charge. They easily could have flushed it as I had asked but they went above and beyond and actually consulted instead of scammed/deceive like the big outfits do.
