I was told it was my responsibility to locate them because they fell into the engine bay, which was disappointing and unprofessional. We have also purchased multiple tires from this location and were assured that the valve stems and seals (for TPMS-equipped vehicles) are supposed to be replaced as part of their tire service. Less than a month later, one of the tires went flat. After removing the tire and checking it with soapy water, it was clear that air was leaking around the valve stem... exactly where the seals should have been replaced. When I contacted the service center, the "technician" said they could replace the seal but would charge for remounting, balancing, and the seal kit, despite this being part of the original service. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this auto center. The service "manager", "customer service" representative, and several "technicians" appear closely connected, and concerns do not seem to be taken seriously or addressed appropriately. I use the terms "manager", "customer service", and "technician" loosely because qualifications seem questionable at best. This is not how you treat customers.

I bring my car back Monday morning for them to tell me they don't have the tires and told me they would arrive by noon and they would call me when they come in. 2pm rolls by and I call them and they told me the tires are in, but they never called me like they said they would. It took them almost three hours to swap out the tires and check my alignment. I paid and left and made it 100 feet down the road before realizing my alignment is so far off I have to turn my wheel a few inches to the right just to have my car travel straight. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

The front desk associate was pleasant but told me it would be a two hour wait. I had my 8 ur old with me and went to get her some McDonald's and came back and a different mechanic took my truck to the back set it up on the lift (which was totally unnecessary) had my daughter and I in the lobby over an hour then tried to say I need this and that ( 4 new tires, etc) I know this ALREADY. It's a 2014 Jeep Compass. I actually need a new vehicle but FOR NOW all I need is A PLUG. He hands me some paperwork saying $629 or something like that for 4 tires etc. etc. and DIDNT even plug my tire. Left the screw in the tire and there's and a sign saying they "PLUG TIRES" etc. I was beyond disappointed and frustrated been there all that time for NOTHING. Went down the street to UNIROYAL and Chase plugged my tire in literally 2 minutes!! THANK GOD for UNIROYAL!!! Firestone at 800 W.
