Unfortunately, my most recent experience completely changed my perception of the practice. After receiving lip filler in March, I instantly developed a bubble in my lip that did not resolve on its own. I returned to have it dissolved, then had to come back again for the filler to be redone. After allowing appropriate healing time, one side of my lip was noticeably larger/different in shape, so I returned again to have it corrected. At my fourth appointment, I was told the best option was to dissolve all of the filler and start over. Throughout this entire process, I was patient, understanding, and followed their recommendations. I never demanded a refund or became upset with the staff. After four appointments and the last round of dissolving leaving me swollen and bruised for nearly a week, I simply decided I did not want to go through the process again. I asked if the amount I had paid for filler could be credited toward future Botox instead. I was told that was no problem and that a credit would be placed on my account. Months later, I called to schedule my Botox and specifically confirmed that the credit was on my account. I was told the notes were there and that it would be taken care of. Then, on the day of my appointment, I received a text telling me my appointment was cancelled and that they felt I should seek treatment elsewhere because my expectations were not aligned with their practice. That part was incredibly disappointing. At no point was I told that my expectations were unrealistic or that what I wanted was not achievable. I was simply trying to correct the results of a treatment that had not gone as planned and I was the one who repeatedly returned for dissolving and adjustments. I appreciate that they ultimately decided to refund the filler, but that was never what I was asking for. I wanted to continue being a client and use the money toward Botox, as I had been told I could. Instead, I was essentially dismissed as a client after years of loyalty. The filler result itself was disappointing, but what upsets me most is how this situation was handled. I believe there was an opportunity to make a longtime client feel heard and valued and unfortunately that is not how I left this experience feeling. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I usually prefer to do lasers etc when I travel because it is MUCH LESS than of the price for the same treatments in the states, but I usually get Botox at home. Overall the vibes are weird, cons of treatments (other than dangerous) aren't really shared, or alternative options for the look you want are not shared (if not sold here) similar to other reviews. I originally tried Dysport in my massetur muscles in my jaw for tension. It helped of course but I did notice slight jowling after which I found out was correlated/caused from Botox in the jaw from tiktok vids. Needless to say, it isn't addressing the underlying problem and is just a bandaid. My last appointment here, I shared I wanted to look a little lifted and refreshed mostly under my eyes. I had done lasers and microneedling in the past which helped, but was short lived. Now -- more thanks to tiktok -- I probably need to fork over for sculptra or sofwave. This will NOT be fixed by injectables. My nurse told me she could do a little cheek filer and some other filler around my face. Mind you, I'm terrified of filler. You're getting it "dissolved" or whatever with little lumps lying around forever, so I wanted to take the time to think about it and ended up canceling.
