Karli in particular made long, painful sessions tolerable and was consistently kind and professional. Unfortunately, despite a few excellent employees, I would strongly advise avoiding this business. I completed 10 laser hair removal sessions here and spent thousands of dollars. I originally purchased a "full body" package advertised as nose-to-toe coverage for $997 (six sessions). I specifically confirmed this before buying, only to be told at my first appointment that it actually covered just three areas. Needing Brazilian removal for surgery, I chose face, legs, and Brazilian. The owner later tried to "make it right" through alternative offers, eventually proposing a membership that was supposed to be true full-body removal for $425/month with a three-month minimum. Given the claimed discount, I agreed--something I now regret. Despite clearly requesting to work only with Karli, I repeatedly arrived to find different techs assigned without notice. One replacement tech was openly transphobic, repeatedly misgendered me for hours despite corrections, and spoke negatively about coworkers. This was deeply uncomfortable and unacceptable. If she hadn't left the company shortly after, I would have quit immediately. I was also encouraged to try additional services through the membership. One of these, Vanquish, was improperly set up by an untrained staff member and caused a serious burn that took nearly a month to heal. I was later told she was "trained better," which is alarming given the risks involved. Despite all of this, I continued treatment because I was seeing some progress--though after 10 sessions, results were closer to 40% reduction rather than the expected ~85%. The most serious issue came later. Due to unemployment and financial hardship, I froze my account on staff advice. I received no written confirmation, no notice of when the freeze would end, and no warning that freezes only last two months. I explicitly discussed my inability to pay with one of the owners, who told me the freeze would continue. Unbeknownst to me, the account unfroze and attempted charges while I was hospitalized for major surgery. After an initial decline, BOGO ran multiple charges that completely drained my bank account--money I needed for food during recovery. Despite weeks of attempts to resolve this, I was told nothing could be refunded. One owner later threatened to "come as hard and as fast" as possible for my money. Any partial refund offer came only after I threatened a review and was framed as a favor, not accountability. If you are paying cash upfront and never entering an agreement, maybe you'll be fine. But I strongly warn against any membership or recurring billing with this business. The owners do not stand by verbal agreements, communication is poor, staff training is inconsistent, and accountability is nonexistent. This is a mom-and-pop business run without care for client well-being. Proceed at your own risk.

I looked online and was impressed that you could actually get a real quote from the site and the price included all pre & post op appointments and the anesthesia - there are NO hidden fees. I scheduled my appointment and after my consultation, I felt exactly the same about him and his team. I happily scheduled my appointment and then Covid struck hard. So after 3 months from the original appointment, I was finally able to get it done in June. I couldn't be happier with the results! I was in minimal pain and the pain pills prescribed to me were fine and I had enough of them. You leave in a minimal support front closed bra and after the first day, I took it off and haven't worn a bra since! I was off work for 5 days - I work at a desk in front of a computer - and that was fine. You will be feeling great after the 2nd day and you do need to remember that you just had surgery and to not do too much. Dr Connall called within a week to check on me and I just had my first in person follow up yesterday. He was happy with how things were healing and the progress of the implant settling. However, warning...if you are going significantly bigger...please remember that you will have chest muscle swelling and the breast skin needs to stretch for the implants to fall and settle. For some reason I thought I would look like Barbie right after...ummm...no...lol. But I am 5 weeks after surgery and they look great now and I know will look even better in the next few months. I would also recommend getting some nipple cream as they will get super sensitive as the skin stretches also. I found some organic breastfeeding nipple cream on Amazon and it has been amazing. All in all....if you ever thought you wanted to have it done...DO IT!!! I am so happy with the results and super happy I chose Dr Connall and his team!

I did my research carefully and chose this clinic because the surgeon promoted a "unique technique" that supposedly eliminates the need for a post-surgical compression bra during recovery. That promise was a huge part of why I trusted him with my body. At first, everything seemed fine. But once the swelling settled and I began to really look at my results, I noticed something was off. My left breast had shifted far to the side -- so much that when I lie flat, it literally slides toward the outer edge of my body. Standing up without a bra, my breasts sit noticeably wide apart. When I put on a bra and pull them together, I love the look. But without it, the symmetry and shape are disappointing -- and completely opposite of what I was told to expect. When I shared my concern during my final follow-up, the surgeon brushed it off with, "Side boob is a good look." Maybe for some women it is, but not when one breast has migrated halfway toward my armpit. That's not style -- that's structure gone wrong. I waited a few years to be sure my body had healed before reaching out again, hoping for an honest conversation about possible correction. Instead, I was told I'd have to pay $190 just for a consultation -- and that they don't offer complimentary post-surgery implant checks, even years later. I had assumed they would at least verify that the implants were still properly positioned and safe. For context, most women are required to wear a post-surgical compression bra (a supportive medical garment that holds the implants in place and helps the chest heal evenly). I wasn't asked to wear one because the surgeon claimed his "no-bra recovery method" made it unnecessary. In hindsight, I wish I had worn one anyway -- it might have prevented my outcome.

She said that was a very large tattoo to remove. But on their website they show a very large black tattoo removal that I assume they did and it didn't make sense that my very small tattoo was too big?!?! The woman then told me that she couldn't help me because I didn't give her measurements in centimeters?!?! It just didn't feel right. None of it. It was traumatizing and shocking (that's why I've been unable to share the experience until now.) If I could have left mid procedure, I would have. Even though his nurse kept imploring him to use anesthesia near my eyes, he wouldn't. It will only take a few minutes, he kept saying. My eyes kept watering because the knife going into my skin near my eyes hurt----badly. And he wouldn't stop yelling at me for it. "Stop that" he yelled again. How could I? It was involuntary. What a horrible man. I've, obviously, never gone back and have told anyone who ever asked what happened. Now I'm sharing the awful experience here. Be careful. I DO NOT recommend this very scary person.
