Over a months time I went in 3 separate times . After the first time I thought maybe it was an off day so I gave a 2nd and then a 3rd try . The 3rd time i went in nothing changed so I have to assume it is just an overpriced mediocre frozen yogurt place . The yogurt reminds me more of cheap icy frozen yogurt . They have tones of topping options but tend to be out of at least one that I want each time. Heath Bar was out this last time which seems like a staple topping choice to always have on hand. My first time here while in a mini vacay I tasted Avery single flavor in my cup plus shredded almonds and mini cheese cakes bites. A few of them We're stale but the rest were yummy. What a great little place. I love a place with great customer service and this is one of them. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were offered sample cups. I asked for recommendations and the kind staff didn't hesitate a bit. Although they were busy, she didn't seem to shorten her time with any guests and she managed the crowd well. Many of the flavors have changed since my last visit so I was excited to be able to try what was new. I settled for the delicious and creamy blueberry and I used a splitter to put some mint chocolate chip on the side. There is a wall of toppings to choose from but I am pretty basic and settled for some crushed peanuts. There is a mix of ice cream and frozen yogurt and I like that there is this variety. Another feature that I love most is that you pay per ounce so you can get as much or as little as you like. This is quite beneficial for the consumer compared to places that have a set price for a scoop or two which can very in size depending on who is making your ice cream. This is my favorite place to get frozen yogurt in town. It's in a great location. They have lots of great flavors and toppings. You can sample the many flavors first, which makes the decision a little easier! The trays with toppings are always refilled. My favorite flavors are cookies and cream, chocolate, and cake batter. The store is so clean. While I was there I saw workers cleaning off tables multiple times and cleaning the windows. They have a rewards punch card and I always find coupons online. It has been a while since I have been here. I love tarte flavors and they did have some for me to choose. They had a tarte vanilla flavor that was ok. It became delicious when I mixed it with the orange flavor. It turned it into a tarte flavored Dreamsicle flavor. That was good. I also added the raspberry flavored yogurt along with it for additional tarte flavors. They also have freshly cut mango and kiwi for toppings so yeah for that. I chose a minimalistic approach for my desert. My companions did not chose wisely and they mixed and mashed flavors that you might experiment with in a lab. They were warned. No worries, I ended up sharing some of mine with them and we all left satisfied. The latest in a very trendy frozen yogurt craze, Nuberri opened about two weeks ago in the Publix building at Blairstone plaza. Unlike a lot of these places it has a very swank, sterile-white future theme going on as opposed to the family ice cream shop vibe and feels a little out of place for Tallahassee, yet refreshingly so. This is their first store but is very clearly designed and poised for franchising. (After speaking with one of the employees rumor has it they're planning for 150+ units) When you walk in you'll face a wall of soft-serve taps featuring low- and non-fat yogurts plus a handful of sorbets. Score a container of the occasion-appropriate size from an attendee then fill 'er up as you wish with whatever combinations you so choose. Some of the alternating flavors I've seen so far include Taro, Cake Batter, Banana Pudding, Espresso, Tahitian Vanilla, Honey Dew, Passion Fruit , Pistachio and plenty more. Off the top of my head I would guess there's 15-20 options at any given time. Along an adjacent wall you'll find topping dispensers featuring everything from sprinkles and chocolate sauce to ten or more kinds of fresh fruit, every cereal or packaged candy imaginable, and honey. And cucumbers. You're charged based on the weight of your delight so however much you do or don't spend is mostly up to you. If you skip or keep the garnishes light you're also on the hook for a very limited number of calories only, so little harm in grabbing a small snack each time you grocery shop next store. This place was a pleasant experience and the frozen yogurt flavor was really rich compared to the other places I have gone too in the past. It seemed rather busy when my girlfriend and I had went but they had more than enough seating to accommodate. All the toppings were neatly organized and they had all the staples. **Only giving 3 stars because of all the great previous experiences, this trip was much less than 3 stars** Maybe it was just the winter staff, but I definitely won't be back to try to figure that out until possibly summer. Decided to treat my fam to Nuberri after soccer practice and as soon as we walked in it was unkempt/dirty and the only employee was sitting at the table by the door with an employee from campus USA (a couple doors down) hanging out, FaceTiming, laptops plugged in, feet up... The employee did get up and ask if we needed sample cups. But it would be nice to have the smaller cups available for my littlest one and it would have been even better if all of the froyo wasn't either runny and melting or so hard it would barely come out... we stayed and ate for a while and the two employees (including the one that doesn't work there) remained with their feet up and engaging in personal conversation instead of making sure the froyo was edible or the dirty tables and piles of used napkins on tables were cleaned up. Another employee did emerge halfway through and was working for both nuberri employees but the overall experience and taste were so sub-par. No one finished their treat and honestly it was a waste of money today. I'm hoping this bad taste leaves my mouth by summer and the summer employees create the experience and taste we are used to. read more

Nuberri has great fro yo with some really natural flavor tastes. It is very creamy. They have a lot of interesting flavor options. Their salted caramel pretzel is really good. Their cake batter tastes "real" if you will. Their mint was spot on. Every time we go we see something new or different worth trying. This time the BF got southern buttered pecan that had a good maple essence to it as well. I love their topping selection. Much, Much better offerings than others in town. Although they have less hot fudge and caramel type topping options but that does not bother me. They have enough to satisfy your gooey cravings. We both really like going there. My BF bought a groupon that we recently used. It was a flawless process to redeem. I couldn't find my punch card last time but now I know where it is and we will not forget it again! You do not get punched with the groupon though, so FYI. That is OK because it was a great deal. We essentially got one of our ice creams free. We went to Nuberri before the groupon and will continue to go after the groupon. It is really good fro-yo, great toppings, always clean and has nice service. read more

The young kids working there sort of behave as they are paid minimum wage, they smile and are friendly when you walk in, but ignore you once you've paid. The women's bathroom door lock is broken and there is a sign on the door indicating that it doesn't lock... this seems like something that should have been reported to the landlord and repaired immediately. The best place in Tallahassee for fro yo, hands down. They change their flavors constantly, which is nice because I can pick something different every time. They don't have the widest variety of toppings but in my opinion it is good enough. The atmosphere is calming and pleasant and it's a wonderful place to catch up with friends. The restaurant is always kept clean. It would be nice, however, if they offered more seating. The fro yo is very decently priced, at only 49 cents per ounce, and you can often find coupons online. The lady working tonight older white lady was rude when i ask for a punch card after i already finish my yogurt .I paid for two cups she told me she was only going to give me one punch because the other one was really small which was a lie . It was well over 8oz that's is the minimum . My total was 9.94 for two cups each oz is .49 . That was a total over 20oz . Then she was closing up early . We left at 10:35 and she locked the door behind all of us . This location don't close until 11 . This is bad customer service and bad business read more

Favorite Froyo in town. Nuberri is the cleanest yogurt place I've been to. I also love the variety of different flavors that they have to offer. You can look up what flavors are being offered at each location before you go. Some of my favorites are the sea salt salted caramel, espresso, and peanut butter. What I also love is that they have a massive variety of toppings. I love that they offer hot nuts and fresh brownies as well. Be sure to sign up for their text alerts to be aware of when they have a fill your cup special. For usually around $5 you can fill your cup as much as your heart desires on certain dates. Yum, froyo! This store is cute, bright, and always has good yogurt flavors. The toppings usually look clean and well stocked, too. Employees are friendly and always remember to ask if you have your "punch card." My only gripe is that they don't monitor people taking samples. I'm all for free samples, but people (especially little kids) re-use their sample cups over and over, allowing their mouth germs to come in contact with the spouts on the yogurt dispenser. However, in spite of this, I still think the yogurt here is delicious, and I'll probably return (but be more vigilant about what flavor I choose.) read more
