We were staying nearby at a hotel and popped in one night . The two young girls working were super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the turtle ice cream in a cone but the paper stuck to the cone and I couldn't get it off. (Pet peeve!!) My boyfriend enjoyed his Butter Pecan ice cream. Good so for yummy ice cream.

My wife and i pass this place every day. It was sort of a rotten day so we stopped in for ice cream. I ended up getting a hot fudge brownie and she got a banana split. The prices were fairly high for ice cream. The portion was decent though. I was however disappointed in the presentation and amount of fudge. I didn't see the fudge at all until i started eating into the brownie. It looked like whip cream vanilla ice cream and brownie at first. When i finally reached the hot fudge it was realistically just a few bites and for what i paid i felt ripped off. My wife's banana split looked real good though and she really enjoyed it. I found it interesting they sell these half off on Thursdays if you bring your own banana. We also weren't able to use the restroom (said they didn't have public restrooms). This was frustrating since we're getting food and drinks. You may want to keep that last one in mind.

Favorite ice cream shop in town! They have the best hot fudge sundae. I love the cookie dough and the Oreo ice cream. Most places do not add in much cookie dough, and this place fills the ice cream with it! The Oreo ice cream is so creamy with lots of crushed Oreos. Excellent customer service. Brianne is usually there when we go and she's also super friendly and helpful! Download the Bruster's App and take advantage of the rewards program-- you get $3 off your first order with the app too.

Probably my favorite place in Tally to get ice cream! Whether my wife and I want scoops, Blizzard-like treats, or sundaes, we normally find ourselves coming to Bruster's! Their ice cream is delicious. I would suggest trying the Oreo or Mint Chip flavors. Bruster's packs a ton of add-ins (Oreos, chocolate chips, etc) into their ice cream and it makes it even better! I also suggest the Blizzard-like treat called Blasts. The Brownie Fudge sundae is the star of the show though. The brownie is hot, soft, and delicious! They also pack a ton of ice cream (your choice), hot fudge, and whipped cream on top. So good! Warning: the sundae is huge! Bring a big appetite or someone to share If you want something sweet, Bruster's is always my suggestion. They have a wide variety of ice cream treats and they are all delicious!

I see all of these great reviews so maybe it's me. Maybe I have the weird taste buds. Ice cream is my all time favorite dessert! Like I could eat it when it s 20 degrees outside....but I could easily bypass Bruster's and get some from the grocery store. I'm not certain what it is that's never "wow'd me." The best way I can describe my feelings is that nothing stands out from it. It is "good"....well "yes", but store bought ice cream is "good"....or even "great." If I'm going to pay $4-$7 for ice cream at an ice cream shop, I except to have some really good, like I gotta have it ice cream. Bruster's, to me, is along the lines of Baskin-Robbins or Marble Slab. I love ice cream to be creamy and bursting with flavor. I also appreciate a creative menu and I just didn't get that with Brusters's. They even charged me $1 extra for a waffle bowl. Let me name a few places that: (Store bought) Blue Bell, Talenti, Halo top, So Delicious Cashew Milk flavors.... (Ice cream shops) Coldstone, Rita's, Ye Old Fashion, Shake Shack, Pinkberry and Nuberri (yes I know its yogurt). To be honest, if some put a scoop of strawberry from Brusters and a scoop of strawberry from...lets say Edy's or Breyers, I probably wouldn't know the different...even though I would say all three are "good." On another note, the store was clean and the cashier was friendly. She was the only person working there and there was a line of about 7 customers but she worked as quickly as she could and apologized for the wait. There is limited seating; but both indoor and outdoor available and there is no drive-thru.

After a long movie, I was craving ice cream. I quickly looked to see which parlor was closest to me and chose Bruster's. I was very pleased with the quality of ice cream they serve in this particular Brusters. It was creamy and buttery. I got cookie dough and tried the double chocolate chunky flavor. Soooo good! I have finally found my favorite ice cream parlor in Tally. I usually felt like I had to go to the store and get Ben&Jerry's but that started feeling super sugary. This ice cream felt like old fashioned creamy milky ice cream.

We were kind of skeptical after reviewing some of the reviews but it's been a hot, muggy day here and decided to give it a try anyway. Not shown was my husbands four scoop butter pecan waffle cone because he had most of it gone before we took photos and said it was great - my grandson had the hot fudge sundae which was larger than we expected for the price and I had mistakenly ordered birthday cake instead of cake batter but it was really good! For $16 bucks total we think the price was pretty good compared to what we pay in Lake City at our ice cream chain. (NNM) will definitely be back!

Ice cream is good but the employee handling the ice cream wasn't wearing a mask so that was a little unsettling lol.

I sat at the soda counter and ordered strawberry pancakes with bacon, and I tried their root beer flight. I liked the opportunity to try these sodas on tap and not commit to one. That's a really fun idea. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The bacon was good and I love strawberry pancakes so I'm a big fan when that's on the menu. It was good but not WOW. Nothing special about it. Rosemary cookie: 5 stars. To me it felt like a sugar cookie with rosemary. I is VERY good and I will get more :) Raspberry cookie: 3 stars. Meh. Spicy Thai pork: 4.5 stars. It is good and flavourful. The peanuts added an unexpected crunch which I really like and appreciate (I like textured food). The serving is for two. Our lunch was beyond expectations! The She Crab and Tomato bisques were savory, filling, and hearty enough to eat as a standalone. Paired with the sandwiches, they satisfied our tummy with enough leftover for dinner too. The Fried Green Tomato sandwich was a perfect blend of savory and sweet with the tomato jam kissing the Rosemary Focaccia and the Boursin cheese added a nice bite. The Grilled Cheese sandwich brought us back to our childhood but better, with an adult flavor profile for refined palates. Shhh don't tell Mom. The level of care, expertise, and love that goes into each of these dishes, shines through each and every bite. We had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Leon's food at a local charity event. We were fortunate to snag a very coveted lunch spot. The restaurant is going through some changes and is currently not serving lunch BUT Chef Leon is offering soup orders on a regular basis.
