i was always a fan of the frozen yogurt shops that were every where in the 90's and then they all shriveled up and were replaced with Starbucks. so when my friend Amy told me about this new yogurt shop called Nubi and that i outta try it and i went ahead and went. i gotta say...i was really impressed. Nubi charges by the ounce, not by the size of the cup or the number of toppings you choose. you get to pick from like 15 different flavors of yogurts and twice as many toppings to put on those yogurts. many of the toppings are fresh fruits prepared daily. and let me remind you....it's all up to you...YOU get to put what ever you want in the dish....YOU get to put what ever topping(s) YOU want on YOUR yogurt(s). trust me...after going to Nubi, any of the the left over yogurt joints (Penguins, TCBY, Baskin Robbins, etc.) just seem like a rip off. i frequent this place at least once a week...some times more. i've dragged my friends and family here and they've all become fans of Nubi's too. definitely the best place yogurt place in the high desert. read more

I Love this place! I usually have to drive past San Bernardino to get decent yogurt, so when Nubi opened up I was skeptical! The staff are very friendly and the establishment is CLEAN!! There is a huge variety of toppings and so many flavors! I would recommend Nubi to everyone! I have most of my family and friends hooked as well! read more

Great place! Very good frozen yogurt. After reading some of the negative reviews tonight, I was a little leery about going here, but I'm glad we did. I got the NY Cheesecake, with graham cracker toppings. Advisory: if you get the NY Cheesecake and graham cracker toppings, get more toppings than you think you'll need. The spoonfuls that had lots and lots of graham cracker were the best. OK back to the review. I don't go to a lot of frozen yogurt places. I saw the rather large 16 oz cups, and panicked (I'm a cheapo) about the price, until the clerk told me that they charge 41 cents per oz, so you just pay for what you put into the cup. I had about a1/4 of a cup; my daughter had about half, and it turned out to $6.30 or so. This was very very reasonable. The place was very clean, the personnel were very friendly (the guy told me about the 10 visit club card). The music---well, honestly it isn't music I play at home on spotify, but I really didn't mind it. I mean, this is California. You gotta be used to hearing a lot of different music when you go into places. It wasn't too loud at all. They had a good 20 or so different toppings, all of them well stocked. I'd love to go there again. EDIT: Just went there last night (May 26, 2015). Everything was the exact same. Clean, neat store; plenty of toppings to choose from; plenty of tasty flavors of froyo. I of course picked my NY Cheesecake with graham cracker toppings. It was good a second time. Four people (2 adults, 2 kids) went and had plenty of froyo for a grand total of 13 bucks. None of us had full cups but still we all had plenty to eat. read more

To Valerie R., Get your facts straight before writing reviews! Said girl was on the phone all morning trying to rectify your fundraiser issue! Unfortunately there are rules to everything and these girls just cant break and risk their jobs. I happen to know the lovely laddies who work there, they work very hard and do care about their customers! People like you who have no idea about the type of customers that walk into that store, some are very rude and these girls take it in stide and put on a happy face....customer service is sometimes a very challenging job. Some customers will never be happy no matter how much you bend over backwards for them.....get your facts straight before bad mouthing good workers!!! read more

They did turn down the music though its still very bad music and not needed (if only everyone would follow Targets rule of distraction free!!) No one needs their ears blistered and its annoying when you are trying to talk to someone I keep hoping that ALL business will see this and stop playing music in public places The yogurt is very good and they had many toppings The place still needs to be cleaned up and the bathroom is still not great The girls were nice Not an issue as far as them being rude They look bored But I cant fault them for that! Went downhill fast =( Nubi's used to be a lot of fun,and we went there a lot. Sadly, in the last few months, Nubi's has become really DIRTY. The staff are nice, but seem to be more engaged in their personal conversations than cleaning up the place. People making their own yogurt desserts is a messy business, and Nubi's needs to get back to business! They don't monitor hygiene well... (and apparently, neither do the parents of the littlest customers) This little boy ahead of me took the spoons out of the topping bar filled with his favorite toppings, and put them in his mouth, then back into the toppings....BLECH! I said something to mom, who just said "now honey, don't do that, okay?" Since the toppings bar is facing the opposite direction of the staff, hidden by their customers backsides, the staff would never see this happen and know when the spoons needed to be cleaned. I love Nubi, and their new chairs are awesome! A couple months ago I had to wait at the counter, but I probably go there at least twice a week, and now everytime I get greeted with a friendly face. I dont know why everyone is saying it is dirty, I think it is really clean, I mean yeah, the walls could use some paint, but what do you expect with a bunch of little kids running around the store? The selection there is nice too. Ive been to rainbow and pinkberry and both places dont compare to Nubis. I like being able to get my own sample of the flavor and putting my own toppings on it. The front parking is small, so I suggest to park in the back if thats an issue for you. The free wi-fi is nice too. They better bring that Cupcake flavor back though its my fav! =] read more

Nubi has really gone downhill since they first opened. We used to love it and go often but now we rarely choose to go and when we do we are usually disappointed. What disappoints us is the consistent lack of cleanliness and friendly customer service. There are always piles of old yogurt on the machines, old toppings, toppings spewed everywhere, and we hardly get a hello walking in and when paying. It's unfortunate because this once was a wonderful place to come. read more

The only problem I had with this place were the mice outside that kept coming to the tables outside. Don't eat outside! It makes me question if the building itself has pest issues, since the mice are so close to the establishment. read more

First time I went there, I enjoyed it very much, but then again it was my FIRST TIME. Then I went again, and the line was too long, not worth the wait. I feel bad for the ONE cashier that was their. My absolute favorite yogurt place by far, but what i didnt like was that they were trying to close the store 40 minutes before they were supposed to. all the chairs were on top of the tables and half the toppings were missing. so we had to deal with half the toppings and take the chairs off the tables. I really like this place. Its clean and if you are looking for a variety of toppings and flavors, this is the place for you. It does have a couple of drawbacks (hence the 4 out of 5 star rating). It doesn't carry more than 1 sugar-free variety of yogurt and none of the toppings are sugar-free (like carob chips, and syrups, etc), I wish there were more fruit toppings as well. The parking is very limited, but you can get some exercise if you park in the shopping center. The staff is very friendly. read more

It was about 3 yrs ago I would to Nubi yogurt once in awhile.Then I mention it to the ladies at work after a crazy day. " Lets go get some yogurt", Well at first it was just one of the ladies could go with me once or twice a month then two more ladies, now it's weekly event. Just last week there was 6 of us enjoying the many flavors and toppings at Nubi yogurt! The employees at Nubi yogurt are very friendly and helpful. We work in food service at a near by school. What a nice way to end a crazy work day. Now that we are regulars what about a frequent card for those of us who go there often. Don't stop the 20% off coupons it has help a lot of us be able to go on our Nubi yogurt days. read more
