Three times however, we have gone into the store on our own to pick out a fixture and buy it. Three times, the salespeople acted like it was a hassle to actually show us something or look something up -- like even the price! Twice now (once over a year ago, and once just in August 2014) we have "placed an order" for an item listed in their desk-catalog and were told they would call us when the item arrived. No one EVER calls. We politely followed up about every two weeks for nearly three months and were told each time "nope" and they'd call us. The most recent order was a simple, but elegant DOORBELL!!! Unbelievable how unprofessional these people are. We will NEVER shop there again.... this little rinky-dink store is soooo inbred with the local connections, it's ridiculous!
