When I went there we needed an ID and birth certificate and we forgot the certificate so we had to…read morego back home. Before we left we asked the piercer what time she closed and she said 7:30. It was 4:50 when we left to get the certificate, and we went home got the certificate then headed back. It was 5:25 when we got back and apparently she had closed up and gone home even after she knew we were headed back to get the piercing. The piercings themselves are well done, she was informative when I asked about the piercing and which type of jewelry I should use. As well, my sister has gotten her eyebrows done here and they were done well. This experience was just very inconveniencing as we had to go there, go back, then go there again. I would recommend this place if you go earlier in the day, so there is no chance of them closing up early.

The process goes: complete an interest form online, they call to chat and set you up an appointment time with your preferred artist, go in and pay the down payment (CASH ONLY), they fill you in on the day-of process, and you go for your appointment. They were super clear and communicative about the process for everything, and very kind the whole time. Shira was fabulous, she didn't rush us even when my husband couldn't decide on size or placement. She was thorough, her designs incredible, did a great job, and even consulted about a cover up I want done. We're looking forward to having her do future tattoos! The shop is so cool, I loved just walking around. They have tons of merch and other cool stuff, but another warning it's all cash-only. They have an ATM on site if you need one. They recommended coming in after a few weeks so they can resize the piece, after swelling goes down. There is no extra charge for this. Any future adjustments are free as well, even if you purchase the jewelry elsewhere.

They then sent over a wonderful girly-pop who was very knowledgeable about these piercings and what the difference was. After that, I went to the piercer to have them professionally installed because I didn't want to risk doing something wrong or losing my brand new stud. The piercer was great and we made jokes and just talked through the whole process. I'm so glad my vacation ended with me also treating myself. This place will deff be a reoccurring stop for me while I'm visiting Omaha again.

The Piercer was amazing and professional and clean. My son is not a fan of needles and of course this is right in front of his eyes.
