The piercings themselves are well done, she was informative when I asked about the piercing and which type of jewelry I should use. As well, my sister has gotten her eyebrows done here and they were done well. This experience was just very inconveniencing as we had to go there, go back, then go there again. I would recommend this place if you go earlier in the day, so there is no chance of them closing up early.

The process goes: complete an interest form online, they call to chat and set you up an appointment time with your preferred artist, go in and pay the down payment (CASH ONLY), they fill you in on the day-of process, and you go for your appointment. They were super clear and communicative about the process for everything, and very kind the whole time. Shira was fabulous, she didn't rush us even when my husband couldn't decide on size or placement. She was thorough, her designs incredible, did a great job, and even consulted about a cover up I want done. We're looking forward to having her do future tattoos! The shop is so cool, I loved just walking around. They have tons of merch and other cool stuff, but another warning it's all cash-only. They have an ATM on site if you need one. They gave me what I needed to care for my piercing instead of telling to go buy something and they said that if I had any issues, like it coming out, to just stop by and they would take care of it.
