His calm demeanor made a huge difference for someone like me who gets very anxious about dental work. The staff is also very kind, friendly, and helpful. Having a root canal is definitely not something anyone looks forward to, but they made the entire experience much less stressful than I expected. We called in and spoke with Eliza, who was absolutely wonderful; she was so pleasant and kind, and incredibly, she managed to fit us in within just a couple of hours. The care we received once we arrived was top-tier. Yvonne, the dental assistant, was amazing from the very beginning. She went above and beyond to make our daughter, Farrah, feel comfortable and at ease during a very scary moment. Dr. Kwon is a true professional - he was so gentle and performed a partial root canal suited for her young age, and even bonded her teeth back together. And yet-here we are. This was, without exaggeration, the best root canal of my life. I know how that sounds. I hear it too. But I was so relaxed during the procedure I genuinely considered asking if they offered overnight stays. At one point I thought, "Is this what peace feels like?" I have three teenagers, so I don't throw that word around lightly. It wasn't Hawaii... but emotionally? It was at least a quiet Airbnb with no one calling my name. Was put is the chair, several x-rays were taken and gum was frozen. Suddenly just before Dr.Hung starts I was presented with a bill for almost $2000 to sign!!!! [Roughly $400 over the TOP price quoted on Co-pilot]. What do you do is that situation -either get up a leave or sign.? To top it all off, I don't know if I really need a root canal. What an amazing experience…read more I walked into the office of a maxiofacial surgeon expecting to get my tooth pulled that day. The surgeon explained that because of my age, I would not be able to receive an implant until 10+ years and that I would run into issues with that tooth if I decided to pull it so early. He then referred us to RC Endodontics for an emergency root canal. I walked in terrified because of the poor thoughts on root canals and the issues that could arise later from failed root canals or root canals in general. They got me into the office in about 30 minutes, which was wonderful because I had been losing sleep over this tooth and experiencing horrible ear aches and jaw pain for days. They took a look at the tooth and saw that I had bone loss and a severe infection through that part of my jaw and tooth. Dr.Parmer was extremely kind and helped with my worries and concerns without judging. She performed the procedure and injected me multiple times to make the procedure more comfortable. It's been about 3 months since I've received it and I'm no longer in any pain and my bone has gone back to its normal state. I am so grateful for such a kind office and such a well done procedure. Thank you for saving my life.

Please be aware that this office charged me over $100 for a consultation fee without informing me about the fee before the appointment. I understand that consultation fees may apply, but I believe patients should be clearly informed about any out-of-pocket charges before their appointment, especially when insurance information has been provided in advance. As a courtesy to patients, I strongly believe the office should disclose the consultation fee beforehand so patients have the opportunity to understand and agree to the charge before receiving the service.
