I got a text from Scott (the selling agent) with his personal number, but he never replied. We bought the house with little to no help from the seller. If you end up working with them keep your eye open and look at every single detail in the house, they are very shady. just to top it all, the day that I was taking possession of the house August 1st. I went with my agent to get the key to the house and the safety box that had the key was gone. We reach the office and the personal phone number of the agent and never got a replied. We looked around the property and finally found the key under a bucket... how unprofessional is this? Be careful if they promise you, that they will fix issues regarding the property, they will do the minimum just to cover their tail. So, my advice is stay away from this group.
