Crickets. They finally responded when I asked if they'd stolen our money. They replied that it was a difficult job and they were trying to get a mirror company to do the work. As it turns out they only install product, which they never mentioned. No one would cut the glass for them so they couldn't do the job they committed to. I tried to make another option work but that wasn't happening. They made 2 trips to the house for a job they couldn't perform and tried to take $350 in trip charges out of the deposit, which was never discussed. That's obviously egregious especially because it wasn't like we just changed our minds. They couldn't perform the work they agreed to perform and tried to charge us for their incompetence. It's a husband and wife team. She was rude and got aggressive when I told her no one was paying them $350 for their mistake. She said she had to talk to her husband because she was unfamiliar with the job but I had spoken with her in detail about it 3 days previously.... It was pretty nuts. I highly don't recommend them.
