Called and asked if I'm able to bring in a mirror I needed to resize, Jim said I would be able to take it in and have it done same day as long as it wasn't too close to closing time. I looked up 3 companies, all highly rated on Yelp and Google, and made phone calls asking for estimates for replacing broken glass on a double pane single hung window. Jim was the only one I called that could replace the glass the same day, and he was also the lowest quote. What sold me, was that he said he would lower the price if I brought the window to him, AND walked me through the simple process of taking the window pane out. (I'm 8 months pregnant, so if I can do it, anyone can). I drove it to his shop, he called me less than 4 hours later, and charged me less than what he had quoted.
