We contacted Nukey to rekey several doors in our home in Huntington Beach. Jarom did a fabulous job. He helped us replace two door knobs so all our locks would match the same key. Wow!!! I needed a locksmith ASAP, and he came out the very next day. Awsomeness! We had recently had our gates replaced and needed the locks re-keyed to our house key. I contacted Jarom by phone and he immediately answered. He was about 10-15 minutes away and said he could come and do the 4 locks for me. He showed up right on time, checked out the locks, explained that the deadbolt had 2 sides and the lever handle also had a lock so I actually had 12 locks that needed re-keying! I am a knucklehead and told him that if he didn't have time to do all 12 that we could reschedule. He assured me that he could get it done before his next appointment and did not make me feel stupid! I appreciate that! He was really professional, kind and funny! He charged me a nominal fee for the extra locks and now we are safe and secure! I called NuKey when we got locked out of a back section of our house. Jarom was at our house incredibly quickly, and had the door unlocked in less than a minute. He also re-keyed the lock to fit with our regular house key, so we don't have to have separate keys. I accidentally lock myself out of our beach home bc the garage door swung shut as I was getting ready to go bike. No keys or anything else in hand Except my iPhone so call a few places. Jarome replied within 5 min & was at my door within 30 min. Gave me the lowest quote to open my locked door $60. I was so happy I had him quote me on a keypad install too since he was there already. It was a complicated job as I've had a few handyman over and they were unable to figure this NEW high tech keypad so was unable to install and been sitting around for a few months. Jarome quotes me $120 for both jobs:opening my locked garage door & installing the new keypad for my front door. It turned to be a complicated job bc he was there 2 hours. The wiring for the electronic keypad had to be exact and precise. He was patient and stayed until keypad function properly... a few tries. He didn't get frustrated but instead did the entire job with a smile. Very easy to talk to. Didn't charge me for the overtime he had to spend.
