I would find it hard to believe that this doesn't impact the wait time for those of us who arrive on time. The practice really ought to address that. I mean, I have never been to a doctor that had anything less than a 15-20 minute wait. On one or two occasions I waited much longer than that and was peeved, but us pregnant gals to tend to be a little less patient to begin with. As far as cleanliness, I have never experienced the filth mentioned by at least one other reviewer. In fact, it has always been very clean. The practice has undergone at least 2 renovations in the time I have been going to them. The ONLY time I saw "black handprints" was when the new floors were being laid and the HALLWAY walls had handprints, from the CONTRACTORS. Dr. Llewellyn and her assistant Gail have always been very attentive and caring. I have been with them for 7 years, through two pregnancies and c-sections and now I will continue to stay with them with my current pregnancy. In fact, after my first, I moved an hour away and STILL stayed with them. THAT'S how strongly I feel about my experiences with the practice and Sturdy Memorial. I have complete trust in and respect for the medical care provided by the doctors at the practice. (Exept "Dr. MumblyOldMan", as one reviewer described who could only be Dr. Shroff) He is decidedly "old school" and his assumption that my weight gain was due to "too many sweets" was offensive. I laughed it off with the ultrasound tech, who informed me that Dr. Shroff (thick in the middle himself!) has a rather large sweet tooth. As far as the receptionists go, I have never been dissatisfied with their personalities whatsoever...upstairs OR downstairs...and I can only assume that the fishy smell described by another reviewer was perhaps left over from someone's lunch. Wow - this review is certainly longer than I intended, but when I went to look up their hours this morning I was SHOCKED to see a 2 star Yelp rating a few results down on the page. I don't think this place is getting a fair rating.

Service is also excellent with immediate responses to all questions or needs. I recently had to get a Covid test prior to a flight and a negative result no longer than 48 hours prior to arrival was necessary. Since the flight was 19 hours that left a very short window. I contacted Dr. Cunningham and had a test scheduled within the hour and the results back the next morning.

For the past 2 1/2 months I brought my mom weekly for treatments. We were greeted warmly by name. Mom was made comfy in a recliner with a pillow and a blanket fresh from a warmer. There were snacks and drinks available always, and lunch was brought in by noon for patients and their family/friend accompanying them. More important than all that though is the nurses who work there. I am a nurse, but not a chemo nurse. They are a special breed. Kind. War. Caring. Attentive. I can't thank them enough, although I did try. In an awful situation they are the shining light making it tolerable. They have all my respect.

I have been a patient at this practice since I was in high school. I am 25 years old now and have…read moreneeded insurance referrals twice- once for a dermatologist appointment and once for an ENT specialist appointment. Brendan, the referral and medical records worker, has completely missed the mark both times. Back in September, he ignored requests from my dermatologist for an insurance referral for a week straight. The day before my appointment, he still had not sent them one. At my 7:40AM appointment time, he still had not sent it. Thankfully, the dermatologist still saw me (and thank God for that, I ended up having a spot of skin cancer.) Brendan ended up sending the referral a few days after my appointment.. and had to back-date it. Fine. Fast forward to the night before my ENT specialist appointment (aka today), the ENT office calls me and says they've requested a referral from Brendan THREE separate times over the past month.. and have received zero response. They are now going to cancel my appointment due to never receiving an insurance referral from him. I am BEYOND frustrated. I have had eight surgeries on my ears, resulting in moderate to severe hearing loss in both ears. I have been waiting for this appointment for two months. Brendan, your complete and utter incompetency has not only caused me extreme stress, but NOW you've caused me to lose an appointment I waited months for. Now I have to wait AGAIN, endure pain every day, and struggle with my hearing for even longer. Do better! If you can't handle your job, which is pretty obvious, quit! This is totally unacceptable!
