The appliance suffered severe, irreparable structural and electrical damage. Allstate sent a technician from Kirpal Calgary to assess the damage. This technician conducted a completely negligent review. Despite visible charring, compromised internal components, and exposed electrical wiring sticking out of the unit, the technician claimed the appliance "looks good." It was abundantly clear that his only priority was collecting his service call fee, showing an absolute disregard for safety, liability, and professional ethics. I have provided numerous photographic records and video evidence clearly demonstrating that this appliance is a total loss and a severe fire hazard. It is deeply concerning that Allstate is choosing to accept the word of a negligent third-party contractor over indisputable photographic proof.

He was very upfront about his quote, which was higher than some, but definitely not unreasonable, so we decided to give this business a try. He and his wife donned slippers and masks when they arrived which made us feel more comfortable about having two people in our house during Covid - 19. It turned out the problem with our dishwasher was quite the enigma, but Andy wasn't going to let it defeat him! The repair took longer than expected, but Andy did not charge us a whole lot more than the estimate. He wasn't about to guarantee the length of the fix, and rightly so given the age of the dishwasher.
