They were able to turn this over very quickly and helped provide me with mandatory receipts etc to get reimbursed by my insurance company. Next time, checked them immediately and returned them for a redo explaining the problem, mostly with collars. Got those back, almost zero improvement. Had a long discussion with the manager, with astonishingly, me telling them how to iron a collar. They claimed they shipped those to another location and they have "another ironing crew". Had them put notes in the system about how to iron a collar. (ridiculous) That set comes back, it's "pretty much" acceptable but still had a few collars to touch up. That's on round three. Gave them two more shirts, still substandard. I'm not paying $7 a shirt for me to iron it myself. Staff is nice, but, last one trying to tell me how sometimes the collars get that way because of the way they bundle them or something. Well, guess what, your job is to fix the 'process problem' and deliver me a pressed shirt to satisfaction.

When I dropped off my clothes they told me they could not clean a faux fur item that said dry clean only. When I picked up, I had two items that were damaged. I brought them back to discuss the concern and pick up other clothes. I was told "the dog ate my clothes", they were completely unwilling to discuss the problem and gave me several unreasonable explanations. While I was there another customer, unrelated to me or the problem, was so rude and argued with me about my concern. I was shocked that someone would involve themselves in the conversation while the owner stood there. I asked that they consider my concerns and call me later, they said no.

Their website states "if it needs cleaning, bring it in." Based off of that advertisement (and a review) I assumed they could clean shoes. The leather shoes I brought in retailed for $200 each. The lady that checked in my services was not too friendly and there was no greeting or welcome. I handed her my products and she said "I can't give you a price for the cleaning of the shoes." I said that's fine, let us know when they're ready. A week later I picked up my items, there was an older man behind the counter who I advised I was picking up my shirts and shoes. He said something to the other person in the store, another gentlemen, and they sounded like there was some confusion. The older gentleman than grabs my dry cleaned shirts, and then goes to the other side of the store and brings me my shoes. When he brought me my shoes they were filthy, the laces somehow were even stained with something, they had some type of residue on the top that I couldn't make out, some sort of stain. He said "hold on, we do again." I told him, NO way, as I was not going to let him touch my shoes and possibly ruin them even more. I requested my money back for the shoe cleaning, which he did reimburse me. The shirts were dry cleaned well and were clean, no complaints. However, if they are going to advertise that they clean everything and actually take shoes as part of their service, I would assume they would know what they were doing OR tell the customer that they do not clean or service shoes, but clearly they did not. Longtime customer -- lost trust after missing jeans and rude service…read more I used Premier/Dry Clean Super Center for over a year without issue -- until I noticed my jeans slowly disappearing from my closet. One morning I put on a pair that were clearly not mine (way oversized and a different brand). Buy the time I noticed the jeans weren't mine I had no receipt. I brought them back to the store and asked for help. Management refused to accept responsibility or credit me for the cleaning. Instead she loudly insisted I had to have a receipt, told me she would alter the oversized jeans to my size (without my permission), and refused to discuss a refund of the cleaning charge at the very least. I didn't ask for reimbursement for any missing jeans. Just that they try to find them. When I said I would take my business elsewhere there was a sarcastic "have a nice day." I have no patience for rude, dismissive service. I was a long-time customer, but I will not return and cannot recommend this cleaner.

Late for a meeting today because for some reason it made sense press slacks w/ the legs spread flat, removing the crease from the front/back and adding it on the inseam/outside seam. Had to take them back to be redone. Have used Comet a long time. Looking at other options but at the very least, will unbag and inspect items before I leave from now on. Kids up front are always great. Back room crew needs some polish.
