I tried this with 20% off check in. I came in with 2 blouses and a long jacket. The place inside, has AC which is nice. You dont feel like you're in a steam room and you can see the workers handling the clothes. The gentleman with the deep blue eyes was very nice & put my garments in my car. They didnt get out my stain but did a pretty good job honestly. I just wish they didnt bag every item separately. I gave 4 stars because of price. I get that they are greener but my lord. I had a cleaners in Carrollton I loved & used so much they put a 20% discount on MY account personally (I dry cleaned my whole closet lol)! but since moving here its hard to find one. I love using OXXO cleaners. My clothes never have that chemical smell and feel as they use natural cleaners of some type. The staff and owners at this place are amazing. It was my first time taking some of my new and expensive items to this cleaners. I wanted to make sure that my items wouldn't be ruined when washed so I went to the best rated dry cleaners in my area. I dropped off a total of 5 things which ended up costing me $65 minus a first time customer coupon of 20% off which took it down to around $50. It turns out I just spent $50 for the cleaners to snag and mark up my two very favorite items. I had really high hopes for this place but have been let down on more than one occasion. I had a $140 sweater that was destroyed. The owner refuses to own up to it and says it was from somewhere else however this was the last place I took my sweater. Then I go pick up 22 pieces and it was $167! That's outrageous. $4/shirt that are just laundry and iron. Then he refused to let me use my coupon. There are work around a. I have mixed feelings about this place. I will start with the positive: they are incredibly nice, their shop is clean and (dare I say it?) BEAUTIFUL, and they have the most amazing automated 24-hour dry cleaning pick-up window ever. Seriously-- you can pick your stuff up at 1 am if you want. Amazing. Here's what makes me go "hmm": I don't know if the "green" (environmentally friendly/chemical free) dry cleaning stuff they use really works. I returned with two dresses that needed to be cleaned again because the arm pit area did not smell clean (I am a lady, this is Texas, I sweat, ok?). They also missed a stain on one of the dresses in addition to the stubborn odor. The second time I picked up those dresses, the stain was gone, but both smelled more like fragrance instead of odor-free. And one kinda still smelled like body odor... And I am not THAT stinky. Another odd thing, every time we go here, they tell us they need to keep an item or two longer to get it clean. I appreciated it the first time, but when it happened more than once, I found it odd. One item they kept for stain removal failed, but I still had to pay for it. Fine I guess, they apologized. I don't think it's their fault necessarily, I just don't believe this "green" dry cleaning will really clean your stuff. I have to say again that they couldn't have been any nicer or more accommodating when I brought things back to be re-cleaned. I really like them and want to keep using them, but why risk having to return with stinky items and missed stains? I will continue to use them for simple laundered shirts for my father-in-law, but no more dresses to be dry cleaned I'm afraid. read more

After moving up to the area, I desperately needed a good dry cleaners. Oxxo is a neat shop near Market Street that offers 24hr pickup/drop off (with prepayment). It's pretty high tech in that you are assigned an ID card along with a drop off bag for reuse. The staff have been really pleasant, and they boast an eco-friendly mantra. There are a handful of folks behind the counter hand-ironing items, which is an interesting twist. I only give them 4 stars because of the stain they couldn't remove from my Kate Spade wool coat. It is nicely faded, but it's still there. I was a bit disappointed when I proudly hung my fresh coat in the closet just to see a "SORRY" tag hanging off of it ('Sorry we couldn't remove the stain without compromising the jacket'). I understand, but :( Anyways, they offer a 25% discount for new customers, so stock up and come! My skirt suit was nicely cleaned and had stray fur hairs on it. I'm not sure if it's from my car (dog hair), but doubtful as it was kept in the bag the entire time. read more

I like OXXO cleaners. They have a cool high tech device outside that lets you drop off or retrieve your clothing 24 hours per day avoiding the need to step inside the store except to pre-pay your account. If you travel a lot this may be very appealing to you. When registering as a new customer, you receive a drop off bag coded to your account and a matching swipe-card for retrieving your clothes during pickups. Cleaners are generally horrible for the environment so knowing OXXO uses green technology is important to me. I have never had an issue with my clothes not coming clean there either, but my understanding is that chemical free cleaners such as OXXO sometimes have to re-wash items due to the lack of detergents. So far, I have had a positive experience with OXXO. read more

I dropped a short trench coat to Oxxo last Tuesday, when I picked it up on Friday, I noticed a stain on one sleeve was still there, so I went back to the store and asked the owner. The owner said they tried but they couldn't remove it. Then I asked why I was not notified when I picked it up, he said there should be a note with the coat yet he didn't find it, so he just said oh somehow it was not there. I didn't feel any sorry from his voice, and I asked if the coat was not cleaned why he still charged me the full price with $17, his response was, whether the stain was cleaned or not, they washed my cloth so they should charge me full price. I'm not sure whether this is their industrial rule or his own rule, but I will not go back. read more

My wife and I have shopped around for dry cleaners in the area. We hadn't been impressed with any until we tried this one. The staff is extremely friendly and the clothes come out amazing. What we thought was unique is that all of our clothes were hand ironed. It truly makes a difference in the finish and feel. Also, when I've been at work and my wife picks up our clothes with our baby in tow, they always help her to the car and put the clothes in the car. She truly appreciates that as it would be very hard to juggle everything. We have had several different types of clothing dry cleaned by this location and have been impressed every time. Unhappy. Those were my thoughts when I got home, pulled my Lovesac cover (LOVESAC COVERS ARE NOT CHEAP) out of the OXXO dry cleaner bag and instantly wanted to shove it back into the airtight bag because of the overwhelming odd smell emanating from my cover. I say odd because most of the time I can pinpoint the smell, either a dirty smell from some sort of stain or someone using too many cleaning products, but this was something new and not in a good way. I drove back to the cleaners the next day and made sure I was the first one in line so I could take care of this problem quickly. At this point I already had it in my mind that I didn't want them to re-wash it for fear of the same thing happening again and there I would be driving back to the cleaners again. I put the bag on the counter and explained the situation to the individual helping me (I can only assume he is a manger). I opened the bag and again smelled the odd smell and had to push it away from me and towards him in hopes that he would make the same face I feel like I made the first time I smelled it. Surprisingly he kept a straight face and instead of agreeing with me he instead told me it smelled better then when I brought it in!?!? What? I was in disbelief, was I going crazy? I know the cover only had a drink spilled on it and the special instructions say to dry clean only and I promise I wasn't drinking raw eggs or something crazy like that. No, I definitely smelled something bad on the cover and I told him I just wanted a refund even when he offered to rewash it again, just his reaction reaffirmed my thoughts of not leaving this with them since he thought the bad smell smelled good?!...yep, still trying to figure that one out. After a few mins of us going back and forth, me saying I want a refund and him trying to convince me that maybe I don't really want a refund (sneaky mind tricks) and that they don't normally do this. I started to feel like there really was something wrong with me from all of the subtle hints he kept making about the smells being normal and repeating that it smells better now than when I brought it in like I drug it through some mud puddles before dropping it off. I have to say the whole experience had me questioning my sanity, I know I live in a clean apt and I shower daily, with soap. For the life of me, I couldn't figure out why he made it seem like my Lovesac cover smelled like crap when I first brought it in. He finally started typing on his register to give me my refund and I thought finally I will be able to go on my way and put all of this behind me. He asked for my card and I went thru the process of sticking it in the card reader and patiently waiting for him to complete the transaction. I guess I was too soon into my victory lap and had to be snapped out of the thoughts of where I was going to next by an offer to get a credit on my account to be used in the future. What?! All of this was confusing enough when it was just about the smells but now the manager is trying to chain me to the store by adding a credit to my account instead of a refund because "his system isn't working right"? I'll give him points for trying to make it sound good but I held my ground and told him no thank you, I just want my refund. He clicked and typed for a few more mins and by some miracle his machine started working and my heart started pumping a little faster as I heard the receipt printer come to life...buzz..zip...feed. He tore of the receipt and had me sign it and I quickly left making sure the information was correct. I couldn't believe I just spent 38 mins trying to get a refund and I still feel a little confused about the situation. Be cautious if you go to OXXO Cleaners in Frisco. They do a decent job most of the time but if you come across that one time where you are not satisfied, be prepared for a mental battle not only with the manager but also with yourself as they are oddly good at making you think twice about what you really want. read more

The reviews on this place are true. Your clothes do end up smelling weird. I brought in 7 dresses, 2 coats, 1 shirt and they only cleaned 2 dresses and the shirt. Everything else had an I'm sorry ticket on it that they couldn't clean it but they didn't give me my money back so wth do you pay them for? Never ever going back here. Mind you I had taken these items to other dry cleaners and they have been cleaned. Please someone open up a good dry cleaners. read more

My clothes are always perfectly ironed it and doesn't have any chemical smells. The pick up is so convenient if I can't be there on time. All my child dresses are always carefully handled it. I dropped salt sauce in my white table runner once and they called me to let me know it would take longer cause the stain was very stubborn; they have an amazing customer service. Prices are fine if you pay $4 for a coffee huh? I rather pay for dry cleaner for my clothes than coffee sorry but not sorry. Great cleaners! Everyone is extremely kind and friendly. I like the 24hour clothing pick up and when you go inside, it doesn't smell like a traditional cleaners. This review is overdue. Oxxo is the best dry cleaning service I've ever used. The actual service itself is flawless - i.e. your clothes come back clean and pressed - zero complaints whatsoever. What is literally over the top is the PERSONAL SERVICE - you literally feel royal when you come by this shop - not an exaggeration. The place is immaculately clean when you walk in, you're very pleasantly greeted, your business is handled efficiently and quickly, if you're picking up don't even think about caring your own clothes to your car because they do it for you and then wish you a great day. Its the type of service that literally turns a boring errand into a pleasurable task. There hours are fantastic and if you just can't make that you can pick up and drop off through their automated system which is awesome - not to mention I have on many occasions required rush jobs due to unexpected travel and have been graciously accommodated every single time and with a smile!! Could it get any better? Actually yes! Despite the fact that every time you talk in the place is humming and extremely busy, Frank, Marisol or Tom always have time to shoot the breeze with you for a few minutes or ask how things are going for you! My 3 year old daughter literally LOVES "going to the dry cleaning" so much that she asks to ride along . . . why?? Because she knows Frank or Marisol or going to have stickers or a coloring book or some other cool thing for her when she gets there.
