My mom and I had a really negative experience here. We called ahead and asked for a mani/pedi at 3. They said they were open and we were good to come in. We then had to wait for an hour before getting started I was getting dip and had to have old dip removed. He had me soak it in a bowl of acetone and rub it off myself. The dip dissolved and coated my hands in acetone. I was annoyed because it was messy and if I wanted to remove it myself I would've done that at home. He missed going edge to edge on the manicure so it looks messy. The dip also started chipping within 3 days. The pedicure started chipping in a day. To be fair, we could've asked them to redo. But I don't think their skill level is very high and at that point we had been there 3.5 hours for basic mani/pedis. I was not confident in their skills to get it right in the end and didn't want to be there anymore. Waste of money and time. Total was almost a $100 for something that last a few days. read more

Went and received a pedicure, also wanted an "almond" shaped nail, so they had to add tips (acrylic)..didn't get almond shaped, but got coffin. The total cost was $93, which to me is very pricey. Her response to my coffin shaped nails instead of almond shaped was "oh I'll do that next time". I left unhappy and it bothered me for a day to two, so I called and complained and went back in to have everything removed. Charged me $27 for that. The whole experience just wasn't enjoyable and I hate complaining, nor do I usually, but this whole situation was not a good one. At least, for me. Awful and I'm never going back. The lady who did my nails was incredibly rude and rushed through them even though there was no one else left in the salon. Its only been a couple of days and I'm already having lifting. The nail shape is horrendous and when i asked her to taper the sides she said it costs extra even though literally every other salon shapes the acrylic for free. Here is a photo you can see the lifting (I removed the polish to show) and you can see the poor shape. The only good thing I can say is that the salon is clean and nicely decorated so thats the only plus. Update-- all the nails just popped off. Yep, acrylics just popping off. This is a VERY nice salon, it's clean and relaxing. The music could very well put you to sleep haha. Everyone there is so polite and as a walk in I only had to wait about 10 minutes. I use gel polish on my Acrylics and they had the biggest selection for gel colors I've ever seen. Tammy did my brand new full set and she was amazing. She asked what I wanted and how I wanted it, she kept up a nice conversation and always kept checking if I was okay and that nothing hurt. Went in looking to get a simple pink and white ombré done on acrylic gel nails. The woman refused to do it saying it wouldn't look good? It's a pretty simple job and I was getting fake nails so it shouldn't have been an issue but I didn't argue. So I picked out one color and continued on. She didn't clean up the cuticles and my nails are not even! It feels like my nails are going to rip off and not natural at all. It's really upsetting because this was my appointment for my engagement and I wanted my nails perfect for my party. I made appointment with Tammy for a gel manicure and pedicure. I had picked my color. When she started my manicure she said what do you think of this color (different than the one l picked. I said ok, the bottle look mostly used but it was polish was very clean looking. I was going out of town, with a special engagement. By two days all my polish was chipping and was no way gel. I had tipped Tammy very well $15.00 because she said she had 5 boys and l know the business has been rough. After the tip, she gave me her card and said call her anytime. I texted her telling how bad my nails looked and no response. I asked for a redo, no response. It sadden me that she has 5 boys and probably teach them how to cheat. Tammy, l was a nurse for over 40 years and gave all my patients with respect and honesty. Sad that you had to cheat a good customer. read more

Average, nothing special. Wish I could give it 2.5/5 stars. PROS: I got SNS dip done and they looked great. I had one nail fall off completely within a week, so I went back and they re-dipped that finger no problem. They have a HUGE selection of SNS colors to pick from. Good price. I wasn't charged for the 2 tips needed on my smallest nails. CONS: I made an appointment online which was completely pointless because they didn't start on my nails until 20 minutes after my appointment time. It also was not with who I had requested. They basically didn't recognize my appointment, because I had also requested the manicure, along with the dip, and they completely blew past that step before I could even get a word in. read more

Attendent seemed rushed, especially when other customers walked in, seemed to want to move me along just to get to the next customer, paid $78 for a manicure and pedicure and was questioned with my tip amount. I was in desperate need of a pedicure and happened to be driving by this nail salon with my friend yesterday. We decided to stop in to see if we could get pedicures. They told us there was no wait so we got right in. My friends pedicure began but I was waiting about 10-15 minutes for my person to begin? I was okay with it though because my feet were in the water but if I had somewhere to be I would have been upset. I have to say this was one of the best pedicures I've ever had. I am very picky with my nails and they were shaped beautifully and the polish looked amazing. What I was even more impressed with was how clean they were. Every time a pedicure is done the use sterilized metal instruments (in one of those sealed packs) and a brand new package of disposable instruments. I was even able to watch another staff member clean up a pedicure station and was very impressed how they took the time to dispose of everything and re-clean the entire pedicure station. I will definitely be returning. Update: I made and appointment today for myself and a friend for 5:00pm. We both got there a few minutes before and signed in. After sitting there for 10 minutes no one greeted us. I understand they were busy but even if someone just yelled hello or even made eye contact with me when I walked in and smiled I would have appreciated it. My friend then asked one of the techs how much longer it would be as we had an appointment at 5. She said it would be another 15 minutes. I was so upset. Should someone have asked if we had an appointment and let us know ahead of time it would be a bit longer before someone could take us I would have been fine. The fact no one even looked our way and we would have had to sit there for 30 minutes just staring at my thumbs wondering if someone would even say hello? My mind is blown because they aren't doing me a favor, I'm paying for the service. Disgusting customer service. They do great nails but not worth the unprofessionalism. Would give 0 stars if I could. We had no wait, and there was an abundance of color choices. The place is clean and all the nail instruments came from sterile packaging. The scrub used smelled wonderful. The gel polish on my nails looks nice. But the layers of polish all over my finger tips does not. When I pointed it out, the person who did my nails said "oh, that will come off when you wash your hands." Well, I have washed my hands several times and I have also attempted to peel the polish off my skin and it is really not coming off. I will not be returning. read more

Mixed review, know it's a long one but would suggest reading all of it. I went in with a friend for a mani/pedi before vacation. There was one staff working on nails (they set it up that we could sit next to each other and talk while we were getting our nails done which was nice but with the amount of people there and considering we were also getting pedicures, it would have been nice to sit next to each other and get our nails done at the same time). The nail technician (Tami) was also interrupted often to sign people in as they did not have a staff working at the front. The menu offers powder dipped nails (which is what I wanted) and the nail tech repeatedly tried to talk me out of getting this service and getting a set of fake nails (which I was not interested in). After getting the powder dip, it seems that she is not as familiar/comfortable with this service. My nails were oddly thick and the consistency was different not only from nail to nail but throughout each finger nail. I also felt like my service was rushed (my nails were done second). The most disgusting thing, the nail tech did not put clean towels down when switching from doing my nails from my friends. My friends nail clippings were literally still on the towel she had me lay my hand/arm on, this has got to be some sort of violation. I paid for a manicure and she didn't touch my cuticles (which should have been part of the service) and it hasn't even been two weeks and the powder dip has lifted and cracked off the nail (I've read that it can last well over a month if you want to keep it on the long so I'm thinking it was not done correctly). I'm so disappointed in the service and how my nails look. On the other end, I do have to say my pedicure looks amazing and so happy with how that turned out. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the staff who did this service (they did have multiple staff giving pedicures). If I had only gone in for a pedicure, the rating would be 5 stars (although i'd be nervous to go back with the cleanliness of the manicure, if that's what is happening in front of a client, I hate to see how else they cut corners). read more
