I'd give her more stars if I could…read more Reaching out to Stacy wasn't my initial idea since I was automatically connected to an unresponsive, sour aftercare that would charge 1800$/24hrs as soon as the clinic knew it was my first surgery in Newport Beach. Obviously I wasn't going to risk myself in hands of such overvalued amateurs, so I reached out to two of the recommendations that Gemini threw me, and it wasn't a tough decision to go with AG Aftercare. On the first call, Stacy immediately pulled some strings & gave me a hotel upgrade for what's apparently a steal of a price, talked a mile per minute and just got everything set up before I was even able to comprehend what just happened. I immediately knew I was with the right company. She never fogot a word of note on the day of call, before the flight, after the flight, a day before the surgery, and after the service was finished. She even visited the clinic prior to the surgery just to say hi to the crew and set everything in order. Everything was smooth, precise, failproof and I literally didn't have to lift a finger. The hotel, when I arrived, was obviously amazing compared to what I was trying to get, her thorough care and humanity was over the top, and on top of the basic services she was more than grateful to help out with groceries and getting around. Stacy seems super serious on call, but that's just her being professional & getting first things out of the way. She is nice and chill to have around with quite some stories of her own to share in real life. I almost felt like her company was part of the attraction and enjoyed every moment of it. All in all, she's an all rounder with left + right brain operating at peak performance. She'll be supporting you with high quality attention to details and empathy alike, and you're definitely getting that personal space too for you to rest up and play games etc. All I needed was a pickup since it was mandatory for the surgery to be honest, but I was more than pleased with the experience with Stacy! Re: Stacy Wacker of AG Aftercare I wanted to post a review…read moreafter using Stacy Wacker of AG Aftercare because I was so thoroughly pleased with her amazing service and care during a most vulnerable time. I decided to use Stacy as I wanted someone with experience to take care of me after my surgery vs. a family member with no experience, as I am a Nurse Practitioner, and know just how much is truly involved after any surgical procedure. I decided to stay at a Hotel near my Surgeons Clinic since I live almost 45 minutes away, and needed to be there around 5:00 am, as well as have my first follow-up appointment the very next day after surgery, and it was more convenient. Stacy was able, via a personal contact of hers, to reserve me a suite at a very nice Hotel nearby with a very deep discount. She met me at the Hotel the night I checked in, and set up her equipment so it would be ready for the following day. The next morning, she picked me up at the Hotel, and drove me to my surgery, and was there afterwards to drive me back to the Hotel. She got me settled in bed, applied compression stockings to prevent any post-op blood clots, made sure I took my pain meds, etc. and she set up in the adjoining room off the bedroom. Throughout the night, she was alert to any movements I made, and responded immediately if I needed her for something. She escorted me to the restroom multiple times, stayed awake talking to me each time I awoke until I was able to doze off again, prevented me from taking a second dose of my pain medication I had already taken but forgot, (anesthesia will do that to you), and she fed me soft foods to prevent nausea and kept me well hydrated. The next morning, she took me back for my follow-up appointment, and was nice enough to drive me all the way back to my home almost an hour away. After my surgery, she reached out to my emergency contacts I had provided to her to let them know how I was doing so they wouldn't worry, and they were able to reach out to her to check on me the entire time. As a Medical Provider myself, I was greatly impressed with her aftercare, and made sure and told my Surgeon and his staff about what a great job she did so they would refer her to their other clients needing personal care. She truly was wonderful, and I highly recommend her without any reservations whatsoever.
