This is my first time in Huntsville Alabama and my sorority sister bought me over to this nail salon and it was a great experience... the nail salon ate following all cdc standards from temperature checks to sanitation... the salon was very clean and neat. The manager was super helpful and really nice..my nail tech Yen was a dream.. she did my nails the way that I wanted them and I will be going back... Good quality service at quality prices. I gave a two star because they can remove one stars it was my first time there and it started great with my pedicure but it went downhill very quickly when i got to my nails. The lady did not seem like she knew what she was doing all multiple people had to come check on her and from what i heard she seemed new. I asked her how long she's been doing them and she seemed hesitant. I tried correcting her many times on how i wanted length wise they made me far too long and made me pay extra for a length I didn't even want even after i asked multiple times to shorten it and all and instead of fixing it and doing it like the reference she kept adding extra charges. Mind you i paid extra for the half asses nails she did which looked nothing like the picture not to mention she made my nails bleed because she didn't stop when I asked. They looked awful. The reference vs the finished look in the picture below. Nothing liked i asked. Mind you i wanted something simple and elegant and they made them sloppy crooked and like a child did them not even the cat eye was correct and i paid extra for all of this the price was insane for something that was supposed to not much and easy Make to a week or few later my nails start to hurt almost like grow super sensitive and almost broke twice and I hadn't even been a week. I go to get them removed and the nail tech at another salon goes to remove them and she noticed how sensitive my nail bed was She asked what products sun aura used and i said i wasn't sure. She said whatever product they used they did incorrectly or used the wrong sort of product because it practically melted and DESTROYED my nail bed. She said my nails were bleeding underneath and could have caused an infection. By the time my nails were removed it took hours to get them off my nail bed is completely ruined and bleeding to the point the nail tech didn't feel comfortable redoing them with gel or uv because she feared it would cause pain and get infected She recommended i get a refund because the person who did my nails completely ruined my nail bed to the point it wasn't natural. I hesitated due to me being a people pleaser but after a while my nails STILL hurt and the healing it taking longer then normal and keep reopening even when im at home not doing anything to cause it then splits are getting deeper and even cracking I am NEVER going to this nail salon again and suggest no one else does either. This salon use to be one that had bad reviews I didn't even realize until i saw the name of the salon when i called and recognized it from being one my mom went to and they did a god awful job on her nails wnd ruined hers as well Edit to review, not only did they not take accountability for the fact that they used a product on my nail that destroyed my nail but any attempt to be reasonable and professional with them were out the door due to the fact they are trying to gaslit my personal experience and call my experience a lie. When i confronted them about this instead of an apology or anything they tried to deflect the blame on the person that removed my nail and then blocked me when i called them out on exactly what chemical they allegedly used on my nail. I'm never going to such awful services again i wasn't even upset until i realized they used what they did on my nails 0 stars i wish was possible never coming here and suggest no one else does unless they was their nails ruined for months read more

A three year old walked out with a better quality pedicure than I did. The woman who did my toenails was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She was told to do my soak off on my fingernails as well. She left the foil and acetone on my fingernails for 40 minutes BURNED ME. When she took it off SHE SMACKED MY HAND and called me a baby. That fully pi**ed me off. I'm 26 years old. Grown a** woman. And then she proceeded to do the most sloppy gel polish job ever on my toes. She picked up a detail brush and acetone, but obviously didn't see how much of a mess she made or didn't care. Kept blaming it on my "tiny toenail" please look back to the very first thing I said here. The woman who did my fingernails was pleasant. Prices are way too high. I was charged $60 for a basic pedicure with gel polish. The woman didn't even give me hot towels on my pedicure. I'll probably never come back here because I did not receive $130 quality work. I'm very upset. Im also not afraid of them recognizing this set from tonight. I was more than understanding and was very polite to the employees here-they treated me like I was being a Karen for wanting to relax and receive a decent service. read more

The atmosphere and presentation is great. The customer service is where they lose me EVERY TIME! you can't ask/suggest anything towards your service without being met with rudeness or a form of disrespect. I've tried this facility multiple times and it seems to be some form on conflict every time. I hate this is the outcome bc it's so close to my home. The lady said "OMG" when I tried to show her and when I tried to explain I was just trying to share that I was just showing how I normally get my eyebrows, because I have a scar and I always like to give a heads up, she just rudely cut me off before I could finish explaining and said "whatever you're going to show me, just show me," and at that point I left and said she was being rude. read more

The nail tech got mad at me because I didn't like how the color of my nails turned out and wanted a change. I knew there probably would have been a fee for changing but was more than willing to pay it. It was just gel so it wasn't that big of a deal. The tech was visibly upset and proceeded to slam her tools on the table and throw her hands up at me in disgust. I've never experienced anything like it. Never coming back. DO NOT COME HERE! IT MAY LOOK NICE BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR AND SO IS THEIR WORK!! I came here to get a basic dip powder set with a few simple designs. I showed them what I wanted upon arrival and they assured me they could do it for me. When it came time to do the designs on my nails (which was a simple outline of my nail) the nail tech got frustrated. She kept trying but left bits of black nail polish chips on my nails (the base color was a nude pink she it showed and looked tacky) she quickly gave up told me she didn't have time to do it. I said ok and asked her to remove the nail polish chips before she put the top coat on. She said ok the proceeded to put the top coat on without removing the chips of polish. I pointed it out to her again. She was visible angry at this point and raised her voice at me. I clammy reminded her that I had asked her to do it a few minutes ago. She asked me what I wanted and proceeded to say "tell me all at once because I don't have time to go back" I expressed to her that I just wanted it fixed so I could leave. She finishes up with a horrible attitude and I got up front to pay. I ask for a receipt to make sure I wasn't getting over charged. After paying I proceeded to the exit which i discover was locked! They literally locked me in assuming I was going to walk out! I never raised my voice or lashed out at this woman. There were no indicators of me walking out on the bill. The simply fact that she would think that shows that she knew how poor her work was. The receptionist came around and unlocked the door. I then asked him why he locked me in and if he thought I wasn't going to pay. I also asked him why he thought I would do such a thing. To which he had no response. Please don't waste your time or money coming here! If you want quality, any type of design or customer service this IS NOT the place for you. The venue is beautiful but the people running it are not. New upscale salon! And you will pay for that prettiness! I don't mind every now and then but to do it as often as I do, kind of a budget killer... And is considered a bit more than what I am used to paying where I live, granted they don't have the vast color selection or do all the up to date styles. Automatic gratuity is STANDARD here of 15%. It's a very posh place, provides a very nice visual experience, pedicure chairs are great, very clean looking my technician was great especially on my pedicure! Yen is definitely the person you want to do your toes! Mine was in bad shape and she fixed it. They have a massive collection of polish's its color heaven for sure! They seem to be up to speed on all the current designs, not sure if they do foils or design nail wraps or not? Yen was my technician for everything and that is a welcomed feature; my most 1 must-have with a salon. Like the rewards program, everyone is super nice, professional, and friendly. I will definitely be back, next time I am in town. So yes if you want to be pampered and taken care of for your nail & pedicure needs I would do it!! And request Yen! read more
