I give 2 stars because of the service was good, back on 11/2023 I visit the office for consultation on ky face for dark spot and large pores treatments, I was told by Dr Doan and Arezu that I need 8 treatments packages to help my skin with dark spot and large pores, the packages cost me around $1800 and she offer 1 free so 9 treatments total, and I come every week for the first 4 weeks, after that 1 every 2 weeks until my 7 treatments goes by I told arezu, she was doing my treatment that I don't see any results on my skin at all, so we look back the picture we took before the service she said yeah I was right nothing change on my skin, then we talk to Dr Doan Will do more stronger on my treatment turn out make it worse, I was worries come to this point I keep come till I finish my 9 treatments plus he did 3 more extra on my but didn't change anything, then come to 10/2024 that the last time u visit Dr Doan told me wait till winter he will do a couples if difference treatment and it down times 5 days, oh fine I wait it, in the main times I don't know what to do I found this cream used for my dark spot, and it's help, so I came back to the office ask for couple of treatments Dr I was told me to help my pores smaller, and arezu was told me I need to buy another package $2400 and she give me discount $1800 for 3 treatments, I'm spend more money like I did on the first time got 0 results on my skin, If you do laser please think twice before you do it, they keep telling you buy 2-3 packages before you see the results, cost thousands of $$$ not cheap, not recommend this place read more

After carefully researching multiple local clinics for tattoo removal services, I chose to go to Nusilk last year. I have very sensitive skin and my tattoo colors are shades of red, pink, and black (which are the most difficult colors to remove). I was skeptical and hesitant at first on the end results for my first session, considering I've never had to undergo tattoo removal services. Doreen, Office Manager, helped check me into the clinic and made sure I was comfortable for my consultation with Dr. Doan. I asked questions to understand how the procedure will be facilitated and the types of lasers that would be used on my tattoo. I was also able to view prior clients' photos for tattoo removal services to get a visual idea of what to expect after 1+ sessions. I was quoted $350 for my tattoo because it was the size of a credit card (which is what they used to determine the price range and the consultation was free). The ambiance of the clinic was very pleasant and warm. I chose to move forward with the procedure and scheduled an appointment. On the day of the procedure, numbing cream was smothered on my tattoo for about 20 minutes before the laser removal treatment. I was brought into one of the rooms with the first laser machine for black ink. I was given sunglasses to wear during the procedure to protect my eyes from the lasers. This literally took about 2 - 3 minutes. I was then taken to another room for the Picosure machine to remove my red/pink ink on my tattoo. This took another 2 - 3 minutes. Dr. Doan was very professional and patient with me as I was nervous from all of the feedback I read online about how painful laser tattoo removal services are. My pain tolerance/threshold is very low and Dr. Doan made sure that the laser setting wouldn't create hyper-pigmentation/discoloration on my skin because my tattoo is on my chest. The laser treatment felt like a rubber band slightly snapping on your skin (testimonies online attest to this). It was very tolerable and not as bad as I thought. After the procedure, aloe vera was applied to my tattoo which helped the tingling sensation from the lasers. I was given an ice pack and gauze/bandage tape to apply to my tattoo. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Doan for tattoo removal services. I have read other patients' reviews on Yelp and am surprised about the negative feedback. I was very pleased with my experience. My tattoo has significantly faded; my black shading has almost completely faded and the red/pink shades have faded to a lighter shade after one session. I will never use this spa again.... buyers Beware! Arezo Moliavi scheduled my appointment the week before, the day of my appointment Arezo took me to a room, for which there was no wait time and offered me a bottle water at the start of my appointment. Arezo and the rest of the staff were professional, polite, and accommodating. The doctor checked in regularly even when he was out sick he came in to make sure everything was on point. The procedures were explained a little rapid fire, which is why I gave four stars instead of five, however, I did ask the staff both Arezo & my RN Zorica Radosavljacvich to slow down and explain the differences between each procedure and their cost, downtime, level of results, etc. They did and I got all of my questions answered. During the procedure, my nurse Zorica kept checking on me to make sure I was doing okay during my laser treatment, since I have such sensitive skin. I changed my mind on my second procedure midway through the procedure and the staff made to sure to let me know I could use the credit I had for another service since I decided Botox was not for me. As of right now, my skin is red and tight, swelling is reducing quickly. It has been less than 1 hour since my appointment, but I am already seeing and feeling a difference with my skin. I look forward to future visits and will give review updates at each level of my treatment. Overall I am very happy with my services! REVIEW UPDATE: Bate & Switch! I guess I did not ask enough questions! Turns out Botox is a Toxin, I now have Headaches, I was not given any paperwork when I left the medical Spa on who to contact in case of a reaction. So I went to the ER. I was told by the ER it could go away in a week or it could become permanent. Now over a month later I still have headaches everyday! That part sucks and is not the worst of it for me. The worst is finding out I didn't sign up for the laser treatment I had discussed with Arezo Moliavi. Turns out She had quoted me 10 treatments for $1,000.00, plus she charged my card for a total of $2,000.00 which after she charged my card I was no longer a candidate for the procedures I wanted, so it got switched, and now Arezo Moliavi is claiming I signed up for a really expensive laser treatment and was fully prepared to keep all of my money! When I requested a refund what I got what a letter stating In order to get a partial refund I would have to sign a "Mutual Agreement" not to sue or hold NuSilk Harmless for future medical expenses pertaining to the headaches I am now getting. Nothing like getting my moles removed on my face. I still have the small sun spots but Dr Doan said I would need another laser for that. It was pretty quick and easy. In one session he was able to zap the moles. I had a couple of moles that were larger since I had them from when I was little. After 3 days the smaller ones fell off and after 5-6 days the larger one fell off. I was worried about having an indented scar where the bigger mole was but it was smooth after a week or so. Also, there is a slight pigmentation where the bigger mole use to be since it was pretty deep but nothing some make up can't cover up. Overall I am happy and didn't feel the need to return to do my small sun spots. In the future I plan on coming back. It's been a while so I don't remember the cost but for all the moles it was around $350. read more

First of all, Dr. Alexander Doan is a nephrologist, not a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Secondly, he DID NOT go to a U.S medical school; he went to an St. George's University in the Carribeans (you can look him up on the CA Medical State Board). I don't understand how a nephrologist is allowed to to do cosmetic procedures like Botox, liposuction, lasers, etc. He does not have the training or qualifications to be doing these procedures , and it clearly reflects in his work. I came to this place because I was fooled by all of the great reviews on here. What I did not see were all the bad reviews that got filtered. To see these filtered reviews, scroll all the way down and you will see a link to these reviews. I had a mole on my face that I wanted to remove/revise. When I came in for the consultation, I just wanted him to work on the mole. To make more money, he convinced me to do my other, less visible scars as well. He was pushy during the consultation, and I felt he was more of a salesman trying to sell services, rather than a doctor trying to find the best treatment for me. He recommended the CO2 laser. Before starting, I specifically instructed him to be very careful and not burn any surrounding skin. And what did he do? He burned the scars AND burned some skin around the scars. Unbelievable! This doctor clearly cannot follow simple instructions. I felt he was very sloppy with his work and was rushing the whole time. Now, more than 6 months later, my scars are bigger and worse than before, because the surrounding skin around my original scars were burnt and are now permanent scars. When I asked why he did it, he said it was to "blend" the scar with the surrounding skin. Who in their right mind would burn perfectly good skin!!!? Avoid this doctor and do not come to this place. I wish I had done more research about this place/Dr instead of foolishly believing in the reviews. Coming here was a HUGE mistake. My life hasn't been the same ever since because t here hasn't been a single day when I don't think about these scars. This is the letter I wrote this morning regarding my Mom's service this weekend. Becky, I must say after being referred to your clinic by a friend who had very nice things to say I am extremely disappointed. My Mom and I waited almost 2 hours on my Mom's day off. If we weren't going to be seen right away we would of just came in when our appointment was scheduled at 4:00PM, not to mention the Dr that we saw was very rude and the first thing he says to my Mom when he walks in is that he can do smart lipo on her and pointed at her stomach! Honestly if she is there for Botox you do not point out other things to make someone feel bad, not acceptable and very unprofessional. So after criticizing her he was very short with her and cold. He was very rough with the injections and just didn't care about anything she has to say. After leaving I said to myself where is the after care instructions?? I have been to Blu Cocoon numerous times and never once have we ever left there feeling like we did on Saturday. He spent a total of 10 minutes with my Mother and on to the next one basically pushed her out of the door. We will not be returning to this establishment and I will not refer anyone there. After my experience imagine that this was you and your Mother... You would not be feeling great about this experience either. The best dermatologist doctor! I had a benign deep large mole removal and Dr. Doan did such a wonderful job that I barely felt any pain throughout the whole surgery. And, I'm a big baby when it comes to pain. I'm intolerant to pain. He definitely has gentle, steady and skilled hands. Staff/Office: The moment I walked in the office, I felt comfortable. The staff were very articulate, thorough and professional. And, they were all wearing scrubs just like in a real hospital-patient style treatment, giving you the utmost best care. The staff were so friendly and comforting that they eased my surgery nervousness. Dr. Doan and his staff really cares about the patient, not just another client. They really took time to explain to me what I needed to know and I felt total comfort. Unlike other dermatology offices that I've been to, they did not shoo me out the door as quickly as they can or milk my money as some places do: they totally took their time with me. During surgery: Again, it was painless. Even when he inserted the numbing needle, he was so gentle that I didn't know it has already been inserted into my skin. He used everything a surgeon would use to prep for a surgery. Iodine, surgery mask...etc. Very professional and clean. Price: The consultation is free and the doctor and staff will discuss with you the pricing of your treatment. ((It is awesome that consul is free because other places will just rip you off with inane fees and leave you stranded)) My mole removal price was decent, as the same anywhere. The only difference is that he is more gentle and skilled. I barely felt any pain and I barely see my scar. The usage of the medication cream(s) were discussed with me before I left the office. And, it is a plus that there is no office fee to remove your stitches, just a few days after your mole removal. Parking: It is shared with other doctor specialist offices. First come, first serve. Overall: My visit was extremely pleasant at Dr. Doan's office. His staff were friendly, compassionate, and very thorough and professional. The customer service deserves a 5-Star rating in terms of communication. Their free consult was very thorough, and I had three people sitting down with me analyzing my concerns. The thing that discouraged me from coming back was the facial. They recommended that I get 4-6 facials-- which I wouldn't have mind if I felt that it was worth the trip. I can't remember the price exactly, but I believe it was $129-149 per session. I thought, "Alright, I need to invest in my skincare." However, the facial lasted only 30 minutes. I felt like as if I got in, had my face steamed, had a few random creams applied on my face, and then I was out. That's it? They claimed it was to keep my skin was being over stressed, but I guess I just didn't feel that the service justified the price, let alone come back for multiple sessions, If all I had to do was to steam my face and applied a few masks, I would have done that at home, you know? read more

I love Dr. Doan, he's a life saver! I first went here for a small mole removal on my face. It was a stubborn mole, and it always come back regardless of how many times I laser it at another doctor's office. At Nusilk, Dr. Doan decided to do a small incision instead of laser and it worked! My mole is officially gone forever =) The process was painless because of the numbing and scaring is very very minimal. I was super exited and satisfied with the service. The staff here are also very cute, friendly, and caring towards every patient. They make the whole process comfortable for me. After my mole removal, I decided to come back to get rid of the acne scars on my face due to many unprofessional facials :'( Dr. Doan told me to do 3 treatments of affirm, once every month. I do see results after every affirm. My scars improved by about 60% after the 3 affirm sessions. Finally, Dr. Doan decided that the CO2 laser treatment would be best for my stubborn scars. The down time after the CO2 laser treatment is about 1 week but it was definitely worth it! 90% of my scars are gone and I feel so blessed with my new skin. She is the definition of professional and great customer service. Barbara is one of the main nurses here. Barbara is extremely gentle and skilled. She walked me through every step of the process. I am still finishing up my treatment. I am receiving the permanent hair removal treatment. I have been contemplating whether I should do this for years and finally decided to go for it. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It is a tad pricey, but you can't put a price on beauty. Overall, great ambiance and great nurses. It is a shame that Doreen is no longer here. Service here is a hit or miss. I came here back in December of 2014 for the Picosure laser and that was a wonderful experience. I'll give a five star to that. After that I decided to do the laser hair removal for facial hair and that was when things started to go down. I've done five sessions here and the results always vary. My first four session was with Dr. Doan. My first session went well but not all the hairs were removed. So during my second session he turned up the setting and that was painful. So during my third session I told him about it so he changed the setting to one that was more comfortable. I was happy because I thought that we finally found a setting that worked well with my skin. My fourth session went well without any problems so I was excited for my fifth session. During my fifth session Dr. Doan wasn't in that day so I got another person doing the procedure. I've gotten laser burned so bad that it left an open wound on my face for 5 weeks and left several scars on my face. One of he wound was so bad that it bleed for about a week. I wore a bandage on my face for about 3 weeks because of that. I called them the following week after my session but the receptionist told me that Dr. Doan wasn't in the office and gave me another number that he can be reach at. I called that number and another receptionist at a difference clinic told me that he wasn't in the office yet and that I could leave a message and he'll get back to me... he never did. It's been five weeks and now I have a huge scar on the side of my face that I am worry will be permanent!!! Came here for mole removal on my face. I did one session and it seemed to have worked pretty well, but not 100% gone. They recommended something called Picosure Focus, which helps to make the moles less apparent as well as reduce blemishes and sun spots. I guess I had a lot on there from acne and being out in the sun. I came in for 3 more treatments and my face looks a lot cleaner now. I wasn't planning on spending that much (close to $2k), but I said what the heck, hopefully it'll stay this way for a while. Overall, the experience here was pretty good. I got to see Dr Doan on a consult day and I experienced thoughtful service and recommendations for skin care. Denise in the front was nice, Christiane was very particular and thorough with the areas to be addressed. I also met the facial lady Julia and she was very cordial and offered a pleasant attitude to the spa like office. I used to frequent this med spa for juvederm injections back in 2016 I believe and I loved the service I received. Then in 2017 I went to another spa Because I had moved and changed work locations. I was unable to receive injections for a while because I was pregnant, but as soon as I was able I came and made an appointment at Nusilk because of how fond I was of my previous experiences here I came in store and asked for juvederm ultra Xc I think ( the one with the bigger molecules). The receptionist told me if I come on a Tuesday they will discount the injections to $500 (normally $600 because the molecules are bigger and is thought to last longer) because the RN would do the service. So I booked my appointment A MONTH IN ADVANCE. The day before my appointment I did not receive a confirmation call which I found weird but whatever. I called in the morning the day of my appointment to confirm the appointment as I am leaving the state in a few days. I spoke with Arezo who told me that she had been trying to reach me since yesterday to let me know that there is no more juvederm in the clinic because they had ran out and nobody uses juvederm anymore and also supposedly juvederm pricing has gone up about $150 a syringe? But not to worry! They had restalyne which has all of a sudden made a come back in the lip area, According to her. I found that odd because I haven't heard of anyone getting restalyne in the lips since maybe 6 or 7 years. But Arezo assured me it's all the rage ! Or if that wasn't what I wanted they would specially order juvederm for me I would have to wait a week to be injected and I would pay $550 ... okay but my original quote was $500 and I'm leaving the state in a few days. I was immediately angry I told her that it doesn't matter if she had tried to call me yesterday which would not have even made a difference since I guess it takes seven calendar days to receive juvederm from the allergan company or where ever they order from. It wouldn't matter because this appointment had been on the books FOR OVER 30 calendar days and they should have been prepared for for the appointment. But no Arezo implied it was somehow my fault because the wrong number was on file. That makes no sense I have worked in a Medspa before and the HA filler I requested a month earlier not being available to me was pure negligence on the office's behalf. Arezo asked me if I wanted to book with them still and I said I'm not sure because I was very unhappy with this inconvenience needless to say the reason I book out so far in advance is to avoid this exact situation, she told me to let them know what I decide to do. So Arezo just to let you know I went to another clinic and paid $495 for my service strange since juvederm has gone up $150 don't you think. And also just to let you know Nusilk the only reason I gave you a generous 2 stars after this experience is because the MA Denise was always so courteous and pleasant to deal with and remembered me by name every time. I had several moles removed from my face and back, a few of which were pretty big and needed sutchers. Since this was considered cosmetic, insurance does not pay so price was my first issue. The doctor gave me a free consultation and gave me a price of $550. This was to remove 8 moles, which after researching was a very good price for that many. This also included 2 follow up visits to remove the sutchers. The doctor and his staff were very professional and the facility was nice. There were a few negative things about my visit, first of all he was late about 15 minutes. His cell phone rang several times during the procedure (he never answered it, but it probably should be in his office). Finally, he told me that he usually has a nurse assist so I had to help him open up packages during the procedure, which really didn't bother me, but that might irk some people. I have a pretty small tattoo on my ankle that I've wanted to remove for years. After doing some research here on Yelp, I saw that Nusilk was offering check in deal for a free first tattoo removal. I gave it a try. I went in for a consultation and got my first session free. The office is pretty small but very well kept and clean.. It didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would, less than actually getting the tattoo, but that was when I was young and shall we say "not in the best frame of mind", so I can't really remember. July 24th I have been researching for more than a couple of weeks now trying to find a good dermatologist center in/around Santa Clara that has a treatment/service to remove syringomas (benign bumps, not milia). After being in contact with so many spa/salons/medical facilities, I finally received a call from Becky at NuSkin Medical Spa asking me to give her office a call to schedule a FREE consultation w/ Dr. Doan as there may be a solution to my skin problem. Other places may charge you from $150+ just for a 10-15 minute consultation and that's not including your actual service/treatment, I ended up cancelling my other appt. and proceed with NuSkin Medical Spa since they sound more promising, it was perfect timing otherwise I would've paid $163 for a consultation somewhere else. Anyways, I called NuSkin Medical Spa right away and Becky was very professional & kind to answer most of my questions I had and after speaking for a good 5 minutes, I went ahead and scheduled the next available appt. they have opened which was on Wednesday, July 25th. July 25th I arrived at my appt. 15 minutes early (3:30 appt.) and was asked to fill out a form, as it is my first time going there. The reception area is very nice & clean, it was a busy day, clients in and out. The staff there are so friendly & welcoming. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes, I finally got called in for my consultation w/ Dr. Doan & one of his staff members. All I can say is that they listened to my needs/concerns, always made eye contact when I was talking, answered my questions & provided me w/ a solution to my skin problem. So after consultation was done, I ask about pricing & options available to me & they showed me the binder w/ the services & costs which was very helpful. Dr. Doan said, because what I have are syringomas, I will need to do the CO2 laser treatment & that is the best option for me to get rid of these bumps. he was honest w/ me & told me that I may need to have 2 sessions done but I didn't care, all I wanted to hear was that there is a treatment available out there for this type of skin problem. At this point, I was sold & getting really anxious to get this taken care of so I ask Dr. Doan when is the earliest I can get this laser treatment done? He looked at me & said, if you want it done now, it will take no more than 15-20 minutes procedure but first you will have to apply numbing cream which needs to stay on your skin for a good 15 minutes...I was a bit nervous being that this is my first time doing anything to my face, especially w/ a laser. Both the Dr. & his staff member explained to me the expectations from/after my laser treatment so with that information, I wasn't too freaked out. I finally agreed to proceed with the CO2 laser treatment & Dr. Doan was able to accommodate me right away, I was pretty surprised that he was able to take me in & get it done. My procedure including the numbing of my skin was actually about 45 minutes long. I can't believe how quick & painless the treatment was & my results so far are looking good. One of his staff member was there to assist Dr. Doan, at the same time, holding my hand so that I was okay. I can't express how to you how professional Dr. Doan was! He & his staff are so welcoming!! Finally, I was done, Dr. Doan applied hydrocortizone ointment on the area that was lasered to help w/ the swell & healing, got all the information I need for the after treatment, paid for my service, & scheduled my follow up in 2 weeks. For the next few days, my skin will turn dark brown in the area where it was laser tagged, eventually this will peel & fall off by itself so I am waiting patiently for the days to past so I can see my final results. I left feeling very confident & happy about my investment in this treatment! I am a happy camper! Excuse my lengthy review but I know many people out there who may have syringomas will find my review helpful. Don't look any further, NuSilk Medical Spa is a great place & can provide you the treatment into getting rid of it. The cost to get the treatment made a little dent in my account but overall, I know every penny will be worth it! To look good, everything comes w/ a price, right?! This review is for their email communication alone a few months back (not sure if they have changed management as one review mentions). I attempted to make an appointment for a specific service and they were really slow to respond over several days. It seemed as if they didn't really clearly read my email.They never answered my questions clearly regarding whether my consultation would be with a registered nurse (for medspa appointments it really should be). As another review mentions the Dr. does not have his medical license from a reputable school. I wouldn't trust coming here for a service beyond a standard facial. Again I can't vouch for the services but the email customer service was lacking. If they cannot respond in a timely manner and clearly answer questions then email appointments should not be an option they offer. read more

I visited this spa a few months ago for a large mole removal. I had previously visited this place about 2 years ago and had some work done. Apparently prices for Nusilk Spa have quadrupled. I was quoted $800 to remove a mole. I ended up going to another medical clinic and had my simple procedure done for half the cost. read more

I'm had a lot of moles on my face and neck that I wanted removed. I found Nusilk on yelp and scheduled a consultation. For many years the mole on my chin has made shaving a real challenge. The office is very comfortable and the staff is extremely nice. I called around and their pricing is about average. I'm sure if I searched long enough I could have found someone cheaper but since all of the moles were on my face and neck, I didn't want to take a chance with someone who didn't know what they were doing. Here's what I had removed: 1 mole on my chin, 1 on my cheek, 2 near my eyebrow, 4 on my neck, and a large wart on my calf. The procedure was fairly simple. They numb the mole with a shot, cut it out, and stitch you up. The shot was the only part that stung, after that I didn't feel a thing. The whole process took a little over an hour. Dr Doan is very particular about making sure everything is extremely sterile which made me feel good. 5 days later I got the stitches removed. I now have a little red spot where the moles used to be but I hear they will go away in 3 days. there doesn't seam to be any scar which really surprised me. The nurse said the mole on my chin was the deepest she had ever seen! This morning I was finally able to shave without worrying about the dreaded mole. I'm really happy I chose Nusilk. Dr Doan and his staff are awesome! P.S. Don't drink a lot of alcohol the weekend before the procedure or you will bleed like crazy like I did! read more

I am surprised to see some of the negative reviews. I had a mole removed back in June on my face and are you kidding me, it looks so freakin good! Of course there's a small scar as anyone would suspect but nothing like what was there before! It's hardly noticeable! Not to mention that Dr. Doan, was super nice. I guess we all have bad days. I don't know about any of the other services, but as far as mole removal, he did a great job. Quick, painless, easy. Make sure you apply the neosporin obsessively and do not play with it. Don't let it dry out. I'm happier than ever. No joke. If you want a mole removed, i would recommend him. For sure. Update: Scar, what scar? Seriously, looks so good! Scar has faded big time and only I notice it because I know my face. Saw my cousin from out of town and I showed him the "scar", and he's like "Where? I can't see it." Oh yeah, it's THAT good! The place has a great balance of professionalism and welcomeness (if that's a word?). It's strictly cosmetic office, which I didn't realize until after I arrived for my appointment, so they wouldn't accept my insurance. Regardless, I felt so comfortable there I decided to use my HSA debit card anyway. After my consult with Dr Doan, he asked me about my insurance and offered me a super discount since I was basically paying cash. He seems like a guy that understands the value of a buck. A few painless laser beams later, and I was on my way. As professional as Dr Doan is, i thought a sincere handshake would be the best thank you. I had a hydrating facial here and I'm not sure Yelp led me in the right direction on this one. The office was had a nice welcoming atmosphere with warm colors, in a convenient location in a nice neighborhood right down the street from Santana Row. They use high quality products like PCA and Elta MD. I didn't get any of the fillers or procedures, so I can't really speak to those. However I can speak to what I get done on a regular basis with a licensed esthetician. I asked for a hydrating facial because my skin is extremely dry and prone to hyperpigmentation. My usual esthetician was booked solid for the next 2 months, and I knew I had to get in for a treatment for some cell turnover, deep cleansing and serious hydration. Julia was very nice, but she was pushy with the products even though I said multiple times I didn't want to buy any products. More importantly I didn't want to switch from iS Clinical or PCA. She still pushed the products all the way through the treatment and as I was paying. She lacked a certain finesse that I am used to. When she removed my eye makeup, I feel like she took off some skin cells and eyelashes with it. When she washed my face, it felt like she was mad at it. She was very rough and her "massage" did not flow over my face. It was abrupt and lacked skill. When she went to exfoliate my face, same problem. She did use hot towels which was nice. A skilled esthetician would gently place it on the bottom of my chin and wrap it upward leaving my mouth and nose uncovered. Gently pat and wipe. Instead Julia wiped my face vigorously. She steamed my face in the beginning, but I'm not sure why because she didn't extract anything until 10 minutes later. She "massaged" my decolletage and arms, but it was more like putting lotion on me. I have had better massages in a nail place after a manicure. Basically for a $75 hydrating facial, I expected more. It was comparable to a $40 facial I can get at any nail salon. She was abruptly loud and laughed at awkward times. For a relaxing medispa experience, I felt like she didn't really have the bedside manner that I would expect. I will not be returning. read more

I spent $450 to get a really small mole removed on my face based on the good reviews -- I didn't mind the small scar, but the doctor didn't remove it all the way and you can still see some brown spots months after the incision. He doesn't know what he is doing and he seemed extremely in a hurry during my procedure too, not listening to what I had to say. NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE...what a disappointment! I'm left with no choice but to have the procedure done twice. read more
