Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. During our consultation she was pretty much trying to "judge" whats wrong with my skin/face and wanted to upsell facials and other treatments. She was very pushy and I didnt feel comfortable continuing anymore since I felt like I wasnt being heard and she said "you cannot start the treatments without committing to facials" despite explaining that I have an actual derm I see regularly. The whole interaction just felt very uncomfortable knowing that this lady whos not a medical professional is giving medical advice?? I have gone to other medspas and I am a nurse myself so I see what she was doing. Super weird interaction, she seemed like a sales person just wanting to get commission badly..

As a result, I ended up waiting significantly longer than expected despite doing the responsible thing and arriving early. It felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. If appointments can be altered without notifying customers, it defeats the entire purpose of scheduling one in advance. Clear communication and respect for customers' schedules should be a basic standard. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today.

MIIN is a Korean laser so I wanted to check out this technology. Heejung is an amazing RN. She is very careful and detailed with the process and super sweet. I also appreciate the way she applies the after treatment sunscreen, as she applies it thoroughly and also with outward and upward strokes to promote lifting of the skin and blood circulation. So far I have had 6 sessions and can see the noticeable fading of sunspots. Yes it takes quite a few sessions but it works (US has RNs for med spas whereas in Asia it's primarily MD only, so the types of allowable lasers and scope of practice is different). I also want to give a shoutout to Vicky who is also super sweet. She assists with consultations and scheduling and is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, after a thorough comparison, there are no obvious results. My jaw line and neck are still sagging, and I have not seen any noticeable improvement. While the staff is helpful, I cannot recommend the software and ultherapy combo treatment for lifting at this place, based on my personal experience.

A few years ago I added Botox. Dr G was my first experience with Botox and she's wonderful. In the beginning she listened closely to what I wanted (to remove the ever deepening line between my eye brows) and she explained that to get a natural look involves considering how all the muscles move together. She tried different injection locations, asked how I liked it at my next visit, and adjusted based on my feedback. Now, when I come in she ensures I want the same constellation of injections and works off her recorded "map" of my face. Dr G is very good at Botox! The results are wonderful and she always reminds me of how to care for it (for example, no exercise that raises my heart beat for 24 hours). Dr G is also wonderful with patients. I do not think they keep track of appointments and, if they do, I simply cannot imagine how. I have tried texting and the response I get every time is "ok", even if I ask a question in my appointment request. I've tried making an appointment online and the appointment slots are always available and open, which can't be true. While in the salon, I've seen them answer the phone when someone calls to make an appointment, they are always on speakerphone, and I have never seen anyone write anything down after the phone call, they say ok and then just continue to work. Out of the 5 or 6 times I've been here I have only been seen at the time of my appointment once. Once! I am often waiting 30-45 mins and I stay because I have a very tight schedule and make appointments on the only days I can. I'm currently sitting waiting for my 5:00 appointment and it is 5:40 and there are 5 others also waiting, though I don't know what time their appointments are or were. (At 5:06 my manicurist asked me to wait 15 mins and I said fine....but I ended up leaving at 5:45 because she was doing someone's pedicure.) I have always been happy with the services I've received here and their prices are reasonable, which are the reasons for the 2 stars, but I simply will not be back due to their constant lack of respect of "appointment times".

I have been getting laser treatments for a couple years to help with my broken capillaries and age spots all along my cheeks. It was to the point that it was affecting my self esteem and just didn't like the way my skin was looking. I've done IPL and clear and brilliant lasers and unfortunately nothing worked. I had a consult with Dr. Famoori and after the consult I was much less apprehensive! She was really honest and told me exactly what I needed to clear my skin. She has top of line equipment and a wealth of knowledgeable on different skin types as well as what works or doesn't work. She did Dysport on my full face and neck, an advanced technique that lifted my mid-face and made my whole face look more heart-shaped and lifted. It's so interesting how a skilled technique, just with Dysport, can create that kind of result without any filler! The lines at the corners of my mouth are much better now. The result was very noticeable and made a big difference. My forehead is smooth, my lines and crow's feet are gone, and my eyes look more open and lifted. I have a had a few visits with Dr. Famoori and I am so pleased with her work and the way my skin looks and feels. I had Morpheus 8 done to tighten my skin and improve the texture. I've been getting Lumecca laser treatments for dark spots with Dr. Famoori at VitaGlow-MD Skin Clinic. and I am really happy with the results. She started me on a skin preparation regimen initially, but the significant improvement came from her laser treatments. From what I understand, Lumecca can sometimes cause pigmentation issues if not done properly, so having an experienced doctor really matters. Dr. LeVeen and the lovely ladies at Rejuveen are a breath of fresh air. To start, I was looking for a place to get fillers + Botox, after some failed attempts at surrounding places. Lucky for me, I came across RejuveenMD & Wellness. The appointment service was easy to utilize and they are open on Saturdays, which flows beautifully with my busy schedule. I made the appointment last Friday, 2/7, and was at the doctor's office the following day! What a relief, in an otherwise overbooked, busy world. This is an overlooked, undervalued aspect to a business: making time for potential clients. Upon arrival, I was greeted with tremendous warmth, kindness and professionalism, by smiling faces and such pleasant energy and vibes. The place itself is clean, organized, and easy to find. During my consultation, I inquired about fillers and Botox, and they patiently listened and advised me on options. They shared their vast knowledge and were attentive to my desired end-results, addressed any concerns on their end and mine, and informed me of how they can best proceed to ensure a successful outcome. Dr. LeVeen made me feel comfortable: he has a wealth of knowledge within the practice, throughly explains the procedures, and shared wonderful stories!! I am generally a nervous person when it comes to doing anything to my face, yet I felt absolutely no fear, stress, or anxiety in Dr. LeVeen's presence due to his wonderful personality. The whole process was quick and painless. And the end results?! My face is absolutely glowing and it's only been 1 week! The treatments I received are Juvaderm Voluma + Botox: my wrinkles have subsided, I have more volume and overall a more youthful appearance. I have been getting compliments from family and friends alike, and even co-workers were stating "you look fresh"! :D I am grateful that I found this gem, and I will be back for touch ups. I like the fact that she will not mix words. She gives me the information I need, whether I want to hear it, or not. She is to the point, and although some individuals would consider her approach as rude, I believe more providers should take her approach. Her office staff is even super helpful, and will go the extra mile to makes sure that I'm properly take care of. Also, Dr. Qureshi is wonderful with children as well! I was scheduled for double eyelid surgery on October 18th and traveled from Sacramento to San Jose for the procedure. Right before my appointment, Dr. Lay called to say he was "sick" and needed to reschedule. I was frustrated, but I tried to be understanding. He then booked me for November 15th at noon. I arrived early at 11:00 AM, only for him to cancel on me at 11:30 AM--thirty minutes before my surgery. He admitted he was still in bed, claiming he was "sick" again. There was no genuine apology, no urgency, no professionalism whatsoever. At that point, it was clear this doctor cannot be trusted with anyone's time, money, or medical care. I demanded a full refund and will never deal with him again. If you value your time and sanity, go elsewhere. The text message from Dr. Lay was sloppy. At this point it looked less like he was "sick" and more like he was hungover and couldn't even send a proper text.

I was originally scheduled with nurse Hana for Botox but then I was switched to Dr Kelsey Lipman at the last minute after my facial. I am so very grateful that I was! Dr Lipman took her time with me. I felt that she genuinely listened to my concerns and she was patient.(Even though it was already almost 5:00 and I'm sure she wanted to go home). She addressed all my concerns and all of my questions, which were numerous. This was my first time getting Botox and discussing fillers with any doctor. Dr Lipman made me feel very much at ease and made sure I had thorough understanding of everything. She was not pushy at all. She respected the fact that I wanted to have a lighter approach, and she tailored her technique to what I wanted. Dr Lipman really knows what areas to inject. I could tell by her process of telling me how to move my face, and strategically placing the shot, she *really* knows what she's doing. Obviously, Dr. Lipman has a great education but bedside manner is something that cannot be taught- it is intrinsic. Dr Lipman was super kind. When she did the first injection in my glabella, I started hyperventilating and freaked out. I have a needle phobia going back a long time, and I'm diagnosed with panic attack and anxiety disorder. The shot felt weird, since I was not used to it. I freaked out and said, "I can't do this anymore. Please stop!" She immediately stopped and said, "No problem at all, just relax and breathe, you don't have to do anything you don't want to do." Then she smiled and said, "Hey I'll be right back. I have something for you!" So here I am, trying to calm myself down because I just freak out about needles like that. (It stems from massive dental trauma when I was young). I really wanted the Botox though, I wanted that gift for myself. Dr Lipman came back in with a synthetic breast implant! She told me what it was and said ,"Many patients find this is better than a stress ball." Lol I had never seen or felt a breast implant before, so this was already novel and also amusing. She was totally right! It was actually extremely soothing. better than a squish ball to squeeze for stress! LOL so I'm cracking up about squeezing this breast implant and feeling much better about things so I asked her to please continue. She did, and she took her time and reminded me to breathe and told me when to relax. It was great, and totally not painful. Plucking my eyebrows feels worse. She was fabulous, she recommended when I should take breaths in when she's going to do the injections, and the whole procedure moved really fast. Many of the injections were completely painless, this was all my own psychological doing that freaked me out. I I highly recommend Dr Kelsey Lipman for any of your cosmetic needs. She really impressed me with her customer service skills and caring for me as a patient. Due to a personal history of anaphylactic shock, I had some concerns about a potential allergic reaction. Dr Lipman was kind enough to share her cell phone number with me in case of an emergency so I can call her right away!! I really value that service and compassion. This high level of care has been something that's been very rare throughout my medical history. Thanks again Dr Lipman, you are amazing! I look forward to next time.
