When I went to my appointment, they told me they didn't have Dysport and only had Daxxify. I ended up getting Daxxify twice and paid $500, which was almost double what I usually pay for my forehead treatment. It didn't work at all--no results. (I personally recommend not wasting your money on Daxxify.) I called them several times and asked for a refund. Eventually, they gave me another appointment for a Dysport treatment at no cost. But even after that, I still didn't get satisfying results. After all these injections and spending $500 just for my forehead, I personally do not recommend Ava Rejuvenation. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience. Please do your research before choosing where to go for your treatment.

I also called the clinic office and they could not provide me any details. I would not recommend this office due to their billing practices and lack of transparency. Edit: I was told I was billed for a "service" that required a copay by my insurance. The "service" was a quick question that took a couple minutes to answer/explain. I understand medical billing is complex, but I felt deceived that asking a doctor a question related to my visit resulted in additional copayment without my knowledge or consent, and I was only informed 8-9 months later. It is unfortunate and saddening that the medical system has created a system where patients can be taken advantage of where asking a doctor questions during an appointment can result in unexpected costs.

We spread out 3 different appointments. My first appointment was with Dr. Singh where we did 1ml of Juvederm volume XC in chin. Photos below show results of the first appointment 2 weeks after injection. My second and third appointment were done with Trinh. Second appointment we focused on adding projection to chin and smoothing out chin shadow using 1ml of Juvederm XC. I loved my experience with both service providers. However, I will be a lifelong client of Trinh's due to her honest, professional approach. You can tell she puts a lot of time and education into her practice and the results speak for themselves. The after photos (right) are after 1ml of Restalyn in the cheeks. I told her how I felt the right side of my face was much heavier than my left, and corrected by adding more volume which immediately gave me more facial symmetry, which is exactly what I was looking for. Trinh is also extremely communicative on social media and is easily reachable. She assured me that she is available whenever I had concerns about aftercare such as bruising or pain (which I had neither) This was my first time getting facial filler and was initially nervous about looking "too done", but by spacing out the appointments we were able to get the results we wanted without dramatic differences.
