I'll be honest...I had never heard of Tom Mazzone, the owner, or the company itself. I had been…read moretrying to sell a family member's home in the Lovejoy area and I had contacted the major real estate firms, I won't mention them however we all know who they are. I got absolutely NO call backs from anyone I contacted. A friend suggested to find out who has a presence in the area and contact them. I looked, I found and I contacted! Tom Mazzone has a presence in that he is very knowledgeable about what sells and for how much. No bullcrap, no sweet sell. He suggested a price, we lowered it after a week or two with no hits and we have a sale! A reasonable price! I am shocked! This house was built in the twenty's. It's a good house with no major malfunctions or any major renovations. It will be a humble abode for a nice family! Tom has all the answers to the many questions that I have offered up these past few weeks. I won't go on and on other than to tell you I am more that happy with the results from listing with his company.

He purchased a home and wanted my sister out immediately. Well she was looking to buy a home and had trouble . He harassed her to no end. Even stalking her. She found a place and was preparing to move. While she was out, he went into her apartment. Then He found her new home address because she was using the same agency at a different location.He then went there and posted a note on her door telling her everything that was in her fridge etc. He unlawfully entered her premises. That's pretty scary!. She had to call the Police. She was very frightened. She is afraid to write a review. He is a nasty man. Initials KC Her agent worked out of another office of Howard Hanna. She bid on a house. It was owned by two old ladies. The bid was between her and two other people. An Agent from that office bought the house and flipped it immediately. Doesn't seem right to me. I don't recommend this company in any location
