So about a week ago, I came in this shop for the first time. The owner was super rude about her closing early for Memorial Day but it was rude in a way that's like fake nice. The fake nice that you KNOW she's doing on purpose. And I went in again today and was rudely told I had to buy something to use the scale because "that's how we pay for the scale obviously"when every other location I've been to has been totally okay with using without buying anything. I'm not mad about having to buy something either, its just the way I was told that was disrespectful. It also straight up smells like pee in there. Definitely going to start going to the one in Glendora even though I live down the street from this one. Worst experience ever. I'm a retail worker as well and I have NEVER been that rude with a customer in my life despite being screamed at multiple times. Never going here again. Ridiculous. read more

I gave one star for the simple fact that I love Nutrishop and we are there just about every month. I refuse to go to this location. Although there is a male who works there and he does help. He helped my husband out a lot. The lady there who goes in with her young child does NOT like to help females. She does not know anything about the products and if you ask her a question regarding what to do to help target specific areas of the body to get better results she does not like to help. I went in (same day item was purchased) to exchange it and she said the money went back in to my card. Three days later and nothing so I called and it was a hassle to say the least. ON TOP of being charged TWICE for the same product. This store is a hassle and is just there to sell their items. I strongly recommend the Nutrishop on Foothill and San Antonio in Upland. Do not go here!! I was double charged for supplements and the manager refused to make it right. She told me it was not her fault and that I would have to take it up with my bank.
