I love this place. If i could give 100 stars I would. I usually shop there on Sundays when the owner of the store is there. She is very knowledgeable about her products and very friendly. In fact all of her staff are awesome and very knowledgeable about there products. So it's now been one month since I've been using 1XD ( testosterone booster). I have to say , this stuff is amazing. My strength and energy has increased big time. So, I stack this with thermovex, nature's fuel and a BCAA. If your looking for real products then look no more. Update: So I emailed the Ancira the owner and left my number in the email for her to call me regarding the issues with the employee Katie; but she never responded or called me today so I called spoke with the employee Jose who helped me originally. Also was informed that the owner is aware of the situation but she never bothered to reach out to me to rectify the situation. I'm not asking for any freebies and respect their not fund policy and I am not asking for that just to exchange for something since I had a bad side effects from the supplements. Jose have always been very friendly and informative with the product initially but the negative star is for the female employee Katie. The owner never reached out to me to resolve my issue or concerns so I am assuming she didn't care. Anyways I stop by today and Jose waited for me and took care of my return without any difficulty as Katie was too lazy to help or didn't care to help. Jose was wonderful he was very apologetic and did explain that the female employee could have helped me but she choose not too. Anyways I'm happy I was able to exchange for something else I could take. I would not spend my money here even though they are in my neighborhood. I would rather drive out to Upland location to get my supplements. The owner is very much aware of the incident as Jose old me she told him to take care of it but as an owner she should have responded to my email or something to acknowledge my concerns. I've been a regular shopper at this particular NutriShop for about 10 years now. I live about 20miles away, and while there are several performance shops near my home I stuck to this one for several reasons. 1st, NutriShop personnel are very knowledgeable on their products and listen to my needs and goals while providing an abundance of knowledge on not only their products but even less expensive alternate products sold elsewhere to fit my budget. 2nd, every time I enter the North Fontana NutriShop, my visits are "haggle free" meaning that NutriShop Personnel are not trying to get me to buy some new product, nor are they pushing unnecessary products on me. 3rd, I really feel I get my money's worth. And lastly, 4th, I get excellent customer service, service with a smile, I find the NutriShop to have a friendly and professional environment and even over the phone I can get excellent feedback on my questions. I have come to this nutrishop for over a year and have loved the customer service I have received. Today, I showed up at 12 (when they are advertised to open) and waited until 12:17 before leaving (along with at least two other customers) because still no one had shown up to open. I am now at the upland location to purchase protein, thermovex and a pre workout. I would have rather spent my money at the location I preferred. I'm not saying I will never go back but I was disappointed, to say the least, that the store was not open as advertised and I had to drive to upland for my products.
