Not everyone has the time or budget to spend money every single day just to access something that was originally told to me as being included. He was rude and pretty much looked at me like "you're shit outa luck". The inconsistency in information and the way it was communicated was disappointing. I was really looking forward to becoming a regular here, but this experience made me reconsider. Clear and consistent customer policies matter -- especially when it comes to membership perks.

This location is also in a sizeable strip mall so there was plenty of parking. I was able to find parking easily, but since there are a lot of businesses here, my guess it may be a little difficult during prime time when everyone is coming here for one reason or another.
