Glad to add to the selection of bad reviews. Too bad I can't rate it no stars. Owner accused me of throwing things In his store after he commented on me apparently having too much energy. Never been asked a question like that and certainly wasnt throwing anything in the store. Usually spend around 1500 a year buying neugenix two at a time but one get one half off. I'm guessing he didn't like that I can read the red sign that says mix and match buy one get one half off. Truth is I can spend my fifteen hundred a year anywhere and will be buying my vitamins and supplements somewhere else that's happy to take my money and not here where I get treated like trash for calling owner out on gnc's own promotions. I recently stopped in at my local GNC store off Summit Ave in Fontana. I couldn't believe what a difference the store looked and how friendly the staff was. I had to ask if they had a new owner or management and the answer was yes !! That was news to my ears. I had always went down to the mall instead of going to my local GNC just because no one would help you and store always look dis shuffled and not to mention no product. BUYER BEWARE!!! Every time I have purchased here (monthly basis at least) I have to keep an eye on the amount being charged because it is always different (higher) than the amount posted. I have to keep correcting the cashier, and they usually correct it. Last time I went I purchased their GNC Multivitamins, again they rang up $12 higher than the sticker posted. I told the guy working the cashier, (son of the owner) and he blamed the new hire and would not honor the price posted. Very rude too! Wish I could give 0 stars! read more

This was the worst Customer service I have ever experienced in a GNC. I walked in and the guy at the register never looked at me or acknowledged me in any way. I walked up to the counter and all he said was"just that". I was like um no I am trying to find another item. I told him what it was and he acted like I was a nuisance to him. He showed me the item and walked back to the register. He rang up my two items, never looked at me or saying anything other then my total.
