My favorite Keto bars are on sale here from time to time, so I always stock up. Their bulk area for raw sunflower and pumpkin seeds seems to disappear fast, so I know the products are fresh. All forms of payment are accepted, and if you sign up for their rewards program, you can accumulate points. *BYOB - bring your own bags.

I love the quality of the fresh produce here. Though some items are pricey, you will still find deals here and there, and you get introduced to so many amazing organic products and healthy eats here that you don't normally find at regular supermarkets.
