Roy and Nolan ( father and son) did the job. Their price was 30% less than other company bidding for the job. They were honest and pleasant person to work with. No frills no drama, no run down of added cost: believe me: some of the well drilling company may give low price bid and by the time job is done, they will add more stating that they had to drill through rock. Now after three years I applied to build new house and granny unit. I called them to do some dry well test and they were here in my property taking care of well test within no time. The next day, Friday, the pressure was barely a dribble. I called late morning to let them know things were worse, and they ended up coming right over, helped me trim the tree above the well to give them access, and within a few hours the water was back with the best pressure we've had since we moved in. They still had to finish the rest of their scheduled jobs for the day. While they were there, I also asked about replacing some cheap plastic valves coming of of the tank with a much better brass valves and wanted to redo the pvc piping as well. The came out a few days later and got right too it. What should have been an hour job turned into a 7+ hour job due to previous improper work. Without getting into details, they ran into a few messy problems, and were determined to get us water before they left. They were there until 7:30PM and made sure the water was on through out the house and everything was cleaned up before they left! I will be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors.

The next morning I called and left a message for their emergency parts. The emergency parts employee called me back about an hour later, telling me he had the parts but could not sell them to me on off-hours. What is the point of an emergency parts line if you will not help people with an emergency? I had to drive an hour and a half to get the parts I needed. I like to support local businesses, but with customer service like this, I will take my business elsewhere.

Found this company on Yelp and took a look at the company website. I liked what they had and their volunteer work in Thailand really impressed me. After speaking to the lady co-owner who for at least 15 min, she promised a call back to get me scheduled for an on-site appointment in a couple business days. I hung up the phone with lots of optimism. It's been two weeks and no phone call. What is going on with the local drill companies? Is there that much business they don't care about $20k jobs? Another disappointment!

The crew was very careful of their surroundings, such as our trees, and the only thing they left was an area of drilling spoils which is now starting to be reclaimed by Mother Nature. There was a small cosmetic problem with the installation that Gary quickly offered to fix. I ended up fixing it myself with his help and our new well looks and performs as well as we had hoped. We recommend Clear Heart Drilling with no reservation.
