I spoke with Dylan who suggested I let him take a look at it. The best thing, aside from Dylan getting it working, was his communication with me. I brought it to him and he later called me and told me what he found. He advised a new carburetor would be needed and recommended an oil change as well. He let me know the charge right then and there. When I went to pick it up, he showed me what he had done aside from the carburetor and the oil change which I hadn't expected but was very grateful for.
