Please Read..... After you read this, you won't use anyone else for your DMV services needs. I received a vehicle from a family member who recently passed away. Since Nevada DMV does not take appointments any longer, I sent Complete DMV Services an email inquiring about their services. They responded in just 15 minutes! It gets better...... I was leaving town the next day and needed my vehicle registered before I left. AND, I wasn't going to be home the day I needed it registered. Since I wasn't going to be home, I left the title to the vehicle, proof of insurance, the smog certificate and $400 cash in my mailbox and Eguene said he would pick up the paperwork, register my vehicle, and deliver the new plates and registration certificate. Then I started thinking, "What's preventing this guy, whom I have never met, from taking the cash and never showing up again?" Well, just 20 minutes after I returned home, Eguene was at my house with the new plates and registration. I would recommend using Complete DMV Services to everyone I know. This place is a life saver! Obviously because of COVID the dmv is all out of order. I purchased a car private party sale which meant I had no choice but to get it registered in person at the DMV (or so I thought). I came into the complete dmv with title, smog, insurance and bill of sale in hand. David the gentleman that helped me sat me down and did my application for my registration and plates right in front of me. He talked me through each step and was very helpful. I paid an extra $100 fee to have my plates within 48hrs which Dave guaranteed that he would have them. Which he did in 24hrs!!! That is unheard of. I am completely satisfied with the service. Yes it is pricey and you "can get it done cheaper" yourself, but by saving time and the headache I will definitely come to this place for my car needs. read more

Had An Awesome and Caring Service experience with Complete DMV!! Bought my Wife a New Vehicle and came here to get it smog and registered, Ricky was Very knowledgeable and while waiting for my smog he kept me with a smile while having a good conversation while I waited for my smog to be completed. Thanks Ricky your Awesome brotha! And Dave who helped me with my new title and registration to be performed was also very smart and knowledgeable as well as professional! GREAT service! As soon as I parked my car a young gentleman assisted me as soon as possible and even asked if I wanted to take a seat down and not even that: he also offered me some water and food and he demonstrated some really nice and caring manners. I honestly stopped here accidentally since I was going straight to Kmart shopping center and I abruptly stopped by here since I had 5 days to do my smog test on my car for the DMV. Great service Under 10 minutes Staff was very helpful I needed to go in on a Sunday and there machine was out of service. Daniel communicated with me to come in on Monday and he discounted the low rate even more to $10. All the staff were so kind. It was 110 degrees and they offered free cold water, checked with me on my comfort until car was done. I will return as their service was quick and outstanding. Thanks guys!!!! read more

I went in on 9/15/19 at noon, and to my sheer delight, I was out of there at 12:13 pm. No foolin', he checked me in, did the testing, processed my payment, gave me my paperwork, and I was outta there like they were a pit crew, all while dealing with a lobby full of folks.
