They had me go in all sorts of loop holes to get my car registered. First off let me start by saying Dave is beyond on if the nicest people I've come across. He genuinely cares for his customers and made me feel so welcomed. At first I called before heading over to see what all I needed to register our trailer. He was so sweet and friendly and told me exactly what papers I needed to bring in. I had no clue what I was doing and was nervous, he made it so easy for me. Once I arrived Dave helped me out and even took care of 3 people while I waited for a few documents to print out. Needed a smog check I didn't realize I needed and was beyond upset that DMV had not notified me that my registration was due...so when I rolled into Complete DMV Services, I was not the happiest person in Las Vegas. The employee came out, told me exactly what I needed, proceeded to do the smog test I didn't know I needed, and handed me my certificate in about eight minutes from the time I drove up. I wasn't even there long enough to get his name--which is a shame because he was courteous and professional. I left smiling...and I was NOT smiling when I pulled in. The certificate was sent directly to the DMV and I was able to register with zero problems. They do all sorts of DMV related things: moving permits, titles, license plates, registrations, and-yes!-smog checks. What a pleasant experience I had on this place!! I overlooked my registration due date and I was in a little bit of a crunch to renew it. So researching on google maps I found the only place that closes at 7pm stead of 6pm like most to do. I got there and I was greated by Ernie, he is the most pleasant and professional person I had ever had when I do my smog anywhere else. Ernie took care of the smog and offer to do the entire DMV service for me, is a small charge but is totally worth it!! Since I'm working 12 hrs every day, I have no time to do it myself!! What a wonderful experience! Earnie's customer service and professionalism make me make complete DMV Services my favorite place for all my automobile needs when it comes time to registration and smog. went here for the great reviews. 2 out of 3 people I interacted with there were nice but the rest of my experience was garbage. I parked to get the smog check. A guy walked up and said, "Let me get in there. Let me get in there" At first, I had no idea what he was talking about. Didn't introduce himself or explain anything. I asked to renew my registration after he checked the smog, he said, "Go inside, I'll tell them". ok... I parked at the "front" of the building. They have a strange mannequin waving their sign at the front. The guy at the desk was nice and greeted me. I asked about renewing my registration. He told me a fee and that they would "try" to go to the DMV today and have it ready by 5pm, "if not, by noon tomorrow". I told him it expires that same day at midnight. I saw a sign behind him that said "$2 off if you post a review" or something. Another guy behind the desk came and offered me a cold water bottle which was nice (there were so many reviews about this free cold water being handed out). They said they'd "call when it's ready". I called the next morning around 9am because I didn't get a call that day. They said, "we couldn't get in yesterday, it'll be ready this afternoon". They called at 12:59pm and left a voicemail that it was ready. I picked it up the next morning because I worked that night and was asleep. They said, "the DMV said it was late. So there is a $20 late fee." Garbage. I said, can we dispute that? I turned it in before midnight." They said $10 would be ok. I paid and left feeling jipped. should've done it online. my bf's registration was 13 days late and his "late fee" was $6.... free cold water bottle wasn't worth it. read more
