From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable, respected, and confident that I was dealing with a professional and honest team. I actually found them by chance when my tires were low and I thought I needed a tire patch. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they were honest and told me my tires were fine. I already knew they were getting old and needed to be replaced, so that honesty really stood out to me. My van has almost 300,000 miles (290K!), so it definitely needed some attention. I had Expert Tires & Brakes replace the suspension, replace two tires, perform an alignment and oil change, and replace my axles. All for a very reasonable price. After a few days of back n forth and being ignored a few times because apparently he thought I just wanted a diagnostic done so he "didn't want to waste my money" we finally set up a day and time. I put the misunderstanding to the side cause I thought maybe I said it in a confusing way(even thought he could've just asked what I meant if he was confused) Set an appt over the phone on Monday for Wednesday at 8am(his choice). I arranged my schedule for that day/time. He tried to call early on Tuesday to come but I already had plans set so I asked if we could stick to the original appt. Morning of he said he was running late due to the wrong part so I waited around just for him to not show up. First call was ignored so I waited a bit then his phone was off when trying to call him again. Also... He said we had to pay for the part in advance even though we weren't sure that was the problem but because I thought it most likely was that issue I decided it was fine and if we found out it was something else he said he would just apply a credit. He never sent a payment link so I guess he never really planned to show up. I'm just glad I didn't pay and now fighting for my money back. If he didn't want to do the job then he could've just told me!

Quick and honest service!…read more I sent a message on Yelp requesting a quote for an oil change. They responded very quickly, priced fairly, and even provided time slots they had open, so I headed to the shop that same Saturday. When I arrived, they quickly directed me to pull in to start the service. It seems like I had just sat down when they called me back out to show me the the underside of the van. They wanted to know where I'd done the prior oil changes since whoever did them had stripped the tread on the pan from tightening the bolt too tight. I could clearly see that what they were saying was true and the pan had no tread and had been leaking oil this whole time. There really would be no way to do the oil change without also changing the pan. I asked how much that replacement would cost, and told them to go ahead complete the repair along with the oil change. This is my mom's mini van that I was going to drive back down to LA, so definitely wanted to ensure I was safe. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, but was quickly out in about 1.5. They even provided a discount when I paid since the repair was unexpected and fast, which I really appreciate. They pointed out some other concerns, but did not force any repairs on me, which I am grateful for. Will definitely be coming back for any future oil changes and repairs.
