Broke the chain tensioner part like an idiot by over torquing it. The part was from Kawasaki and it took 2 weeks no fault of the business. Farid answer a lot of text from me. You can tell he's has a lot of passion for motorcycles and riding. I needed someone that I can trust with my ninja 650 and maintenance and repairs down the line and I think I got the right place. I found the cost of repair extremely reasonable. The actual repair time was quick and without issues. After the repair I took it around. San Ramon and pushed it a little through crow canyon just to see the response and to make sure no issues with the bike. It handle even better than before. My bike now is very responsive and I need to get use to that. Before it was lagging and not as smooth. Appreciate the fact he got me in once the part was here. Not only was the service great. My bike is a little old (2012) and with over 50K miles. It's a Honda so it's a pretty reliable bike but I went to do an Oil change in my garage and the previous bike shop had probably torqued my oil drain plug with a pneumatic drill and all attempts of pulling the nut off just resulted in me rounding a 14mm to around 9mm. Anyway I was trying to figure where to get it done and then I noticed I had about a 1lb/hour air leak on my rear tire and I couldn't figure out why. So i call Farid and NVNG on a Tuesday afternoon, I gave him the particulars and what I thought I needed (new plug, oil change, new tires, safety check). Anyway Farid told me I could drop it off the next day and they would take care of it. The price (I thought) was super reasonable. Considering I assumed the man-hours to crank out the plug tires etc. Later Wednesday after drop off they called me told me bike was ready, the tire had a nail, they were able to get the plug out and replaced. Picked the bike up the next morning, Farid and the other gentleman there (My apologies for forgetting your name) went over everything they did to the bike from tires to cleaning it up. But what I think I really got my money's worth on was the straight talk they gave me about the bike and the peace of mind it provided. Prior to bringing the bike in I was not feeling confident about everything from safety to just general running and I left much more confident in the machine and safe.Thanks guys. Farid, you are not only a crooked businessman. You are also a liar! You replied to my review by saying you helped me by paying for the repair done by your mechanic??? How dare you lie and make people believe you tried to help me. Yes, you suggested I bring the motorcycle to your mechanic who is just as much a liar as you are. His assistant met me when I brought the motorcycle to him and the first thing I asked him to do was to check if the oil was low. He said it wasn't. Your mechanic told me that the damage could have been from the motorcycle sitting at your shop for such a long time, but after talking to you he completely changed his story and told me the oil was low. He charge me $1K for the repair that didn't fix the problem, WHICH YOU DID NOT PAY A SINGLE PENNY FOR as EVERYONE CAN TELL FROM THE ATTACHED INVOICE IS IN MY NAME NOT YOURS. You said you were going to help me, but when you just ended making me pay more for the damage by asking me to send it to your mechanic who didn't know what he was doing! My mechanic had to take the motorcycle completely apart to find the cause of the true damage and it WAS NOT BECAUSE OF LOW OIL. You basically sold me a damaged motorcycle! He said the motorcycle had to be run on its side or revved violently while it was cold to ensure this kind of damage. One way or the other I trust life has its own way of dealing with evil people like you who cheat honest people just to make a quick buck. read more

I purchased a bike July 2020 from NVNG. It's now February 2021 and I still haven't received my registration documents from DMV. I spoke to DMV and they have no record of the VIN# in their system. I've called Farid numerous times since. He always feeds me the same bullchit. It's never his fault, and he always says he'll take care of it - it's been 7 f'in months! In the 7 months I've been waiting for my registration, Farid NEVER called me. He's only called me in this last week after I called up the finance company and the finance company called him. He now says he can't register it without info from the emissions sticker. If this is true now, it was true 7 months ago. As far as the bike, Farid told me his guy just did an oil change on it when I purchased the bike. That was untrue. I changed the oil not long thereafter. It was dirty AF. CAVEAT EMPTOR read more
