I arrived here with my brother just an hour ago today, around 10 am and I instantly knew I had to share my experience. Right away I told Chris, the owner, that I didn't even have my M1 license yet but came across his craigslist ad for a used Kawasaki Ninja 300. From this point on, he knew he wouldn't get a sale in. But that didn't change his attitude at all like it would have for most dealers, as they only care about sales. He let his own positive personality and the bike and its price do the selling. He didn't pressure me at all. As I bombarded him with typical new rider type of questions, he answered every single one in full detail and threw in some personal stories that made me laugh. Although I can't comment on the actual buying experience, I walked out definitely knowing that Chris is a very passionate, understanding, and knowledgeable man when it comes to motorcycles as he's been riding since he was 10 years old. Chris is the owner and from the time I walked into Tin Roof Cycle Works, Chris was the nicest guy and had the best customer service I have ever seen. I was looking at the 2013 triumph Storm and it took me some time to make a decision to move forward with the sale. I emailed Chris a lot, with a lot of questions. I found Chris to be incredibly patient and very knowledgeable. Once I finally decided to move on the sale, it was going to take me a little bit to come up with the cash. He was willing to work with me on a deposit to hold the bike until I came up with the cash. Once I came up with the cash, I asked if he would be willing to deliver the bike to my house because I wasn't comfortable riding a bike 20 something miles on a bike I wasn't used to. He totally understood and was more than willing to bring the bike to me. I got the cash in my bank at 7am on a Saturday morning and I emailed him to see if he was willing to deliver it that day. He didn't hesitate, he delivered it by 9:30am that day and all for for free. He even completed all paperwork for us when he got here. This guy is AMAZING! I will recommend his shop over and over again. Saw a craigslist ad posted by Ton Roof CycleWorks for an Agusta MV brutale 800 lower than all the other listings for the same bike. When I checked the website for their inventory was surprised to see Chris also posted another bike I was looking at a few weeks back on CL also for lower than competition. His pricing is consistently lower than every other shop and you can tell his passion is in getting the rider the bike they love. I spent more time outside of just the sale to talk about other bikes in his inventory, what bikes he likes, comparing the Brutale to other bikes, and other knowledge he has to share. Chris is great guy, the only one running the shop, the bikes are priced super well, and the inventory changes very fast.
