Finally on the 3rd quote they gave me the price for what I asked for in the first place, only after I had to call to get each of those because they never responded. I accepted the 3rd bid and asked them to get it scheduled. They told me should be able to work me in during November (within about 8 weeks+ after I requested a quote). That was fine, so I turned down bids from 2 other companies. Today (a month after I first requested a bid) they email me and say sorry, due to the small scope of the project (45' of gutter) they don't have time for me and turned down the job. Now I'm at least 2 months out into the rainy season trying to get on the schedule for the other company. If you don't want the job, don't bid it. What a waste of my time. Don't count on them to follow through, they may come in cheaper than the other companies but clearly you get what you pay for.

And they did it all for hundreds of dollars less than any other bid I got! I'd highly recommend working with this crew. It's challenging to take pics of your gutters so I'm sorry the photos attached aren't better, but take my word for it: even if no one else would notice your gutters, you will, and you'll be happy you got new ones before rainy season starts.

I initially googled Beaverton Gutter Cleaning and found that there were several companies now claiming to be BEAVERTON GUTTER CLEANING. So many, that I had to come back to Yelp to find the correct phone number. I even had another company tell me over the phone they were Beaverton Gutter Cleaning and when I asked to speak with Emmett, and they didn't know who Emmett was. Emmett, the owner of the REAL Beaverton Gutter Cleaning has provided excellent service to us for years. I called him yesterday, he came out today. He removed all the debris from the gutters, downspouts and even a limb that was stuck across our skylight. Every time they've finished, he's always asked me if I want to walk around the house with him to make sure everything is clean. The owner is very nice and courteous. I'd also like to respond to the review left by Sara S. I've been using this company for years and I've never experienced anything but excellent service from them. I also tend to question negative reviewers who have no friends, no picture and a very common anonymous name. Many of these are bogus profiles by internet marketing companies. This can be devastating to a small business and even hurt the credibility of our Yelp Reviews. After reading some of her 1 star reviews, it makes me question if she's a paid negative reviewer or just a entitled drama queen. I originally got my cutters and moss removal in July. The end of September I notice green moss still on my roof. Emmett told me the reason there is green moss is because the moisture on my roof. We had a very hot summer/fall. It did not rain in those 3 months. There should've been "new" green moss growing at all. It was a nightmare trying to get a hold and to confirm an actual date for his company to finish the original job. (It took over month and half to get on his books.) Some how I had to pay an additional 225$, from the original price of 875$ for his company to come out (not even 3 months later) to get all the moss off. I have used Oregon Gutter/Exterior Experts for gutter replacement, gutter cleaning, house painting…read moreand skylight replacement over the years. First the good... reasonable prices and the additional subs did a great job house painting & gutter installation was decent. The bad... gutter cleaners leave your yard a mess (aside from a quick blower run on walkways). The worst... the wrong replacement skylight model was procured by the install team who then proceeded to chop on and totally damage my interior trim box. The team eventually got the correct window and installed it however the trim box was not repaired properly (it was covered with additional material vs replaced to original form) which resulted in blocking the ability to install (or access) the screen. The team damaged the screen trying to install and claimed they would replace it with a custom screen that would be accessible. They took the damaged screen and relayed that they would return with the custom within a couple of weeks. Current state after 7 months of contacting both the office and the owner of this company is that i have a skylight in my house with a substandard trim box and NO SCREEN and have contacted both the owner of the business and the office team to try to resolve this for 7 months now with zero progress. Shame on me for completing skylight job payment when the owner pressured me with this outstanding issue and said "Don't you trust me...". (No I do not trust you, Chad.) Proceed at your own risk and beware of additional company names the owner operates under.
