I had high expectations and she exceeded them all by looking out for us as if it were her own personal home she was selling. I called her on 27 May 2022 and set up a listing appointment. She arrived early to our next day appointment with a customized, hard-bound market analysis of my subdivision and nearby comps. Her suggested list price was right at what I expected. She had a photographer out on the 31st of May, listed on 2 June, open house on 4 June and we accepted a full price offer on 7 June. From contact to contract took 12 days. That said, we wanted to sell our three year old home. We made some improvements over that period. So were does Colleen come in. We were referred to Colleen by a Realtor in Lewiston Idaho. Lewiston is the place we have decided to have our new home built and continue our Retirement. Colleen came to our home. She took a tour then sat down with us. This was late August early September . She listened to why we contacted her, what our expectations were as well as what she believed she could do in a market that was on the down side. We agreed to work with her and move forward. Sales price was agreed on, open house and showings scheduled. Well here is the most positive, she did her part, we did ours as maintaining our home in normal day to day presentable manor. Within 11 days we had a full price offer. We followed the normal back and forth as needed with her great team and awaiting the day of CLOSING.?? All went well, all communication done in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend one take the time to schedule a visit with her and or one of her team members.
