Excellent choices, local owners, and a positive healthy environment. Very open and bright. Location: As good as it gets below The Hixon off Simpson and Century Dr. Parking sucks so pick your time and be creative. Buildout: crazy good no expense spared, long time in the making glad they made it to Open. Only open 48 hours and it appears they all survived. Menu: Thankfully more geared toward healthy choices business name says a lot, not inexpensive, McDonald's is in same parking lot if you need to order on the DL. Food Prep: Simple and somewhat minimalist but it all works. Thank you for not going over the open and keeping the focus on food quality and staffing. Food Quality: Well worth the cost. We had a toast and waffle both were fantastic. Thank You! Your food is perfect. Waitstaff: Spot on. Everyone looks happy and easy to speak to about food items or their business. Overall Value: Yes, come and enjoy! For sure you can pick up a smoothy or something to go, but sitting and enjoying the space and the location is key. Relax and take it all in. TIP: Parking is nuts at times, best to visit in the AM on a Weekend as the Bank parking lot is open I believe. Loved my first visit to this fantastic place. Portions were generous, and everything we got was a perfect balance of healthy and delicious. The menu is plant-based and gluten-free, and I was pleased to find some warm options. Service was remarkably friendly. They were accommodating with my request to leave off the scallion topping on my tomato soup, and offered cilantro in its place - a jackpot trade imo! Whole menu is gluten free! The owner is super nice, he treats his staff well too. The Sail smoothie and their waffle is a must.

This place is just what Bend needed! A healthy, vegan/gf, esthetic restaurant that has juice ready to grab and go! I always get the plain waffle with berries and syrup, I'd try other things but I'm obsessed with the waffle haha. All of the juices I have tried are 10/10. I hope they stick around forever read more

10 STARS!! The Owner, Web, is very friendly and has great customer service. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating with questions. A group of us went in to try their juice during their free day giveaway. A few of us were blown away that EVERYTHING in his restaurant is organic, gluten free, and vegan! However, the taste was not lacking in the slightest. He made me a regular for sure! My favorites were the beet juice, the Big Bear Waffle and the Yellowstone. I am super excited this place has finally opened, and it's very nice inside. Staff was friendly. They have a cold case stocked with some delicious grab & go options, if you're in a hurry. I had the high desert avocado toast and the sun salutation yogurt. Both very good! My only complaint is that the avocado toast ($10.50) is super tiny, and is a little sparse on toppings. You can see that it fits nicely in a small to-go box. It had 2 halved cherry tomatoes, a thin smear of avo smash, sprouts & and a sprinkle of the walnut crumble. I was hoping it was going to be a little bigger. Either way, I still thought it was tasty and I'm glad that I tried it. I was very hungry and didn't take a picture of the parfait before I ate it, but I think it was reasonably priced. I would definitely buy it again! read more
