Both are extremely knowledgeable and encourage me to use the Hyundai Atlantic app's digital coupons to decrease costs. Both men always text me their digital business card, and they call me with updates while my car is being serviced. They also provide free Lyft/Uber service to customers, like me, who live within the vicinity of the dealership. When I decline a ride home, I wait in either the Hyundai Atlantic waiting area or the Toyota one. Both are comfortable and spacious. My vehicle is usually serviced quick! I am in and out 1-2-3. Our salesman Paul was helpful and straightforward with us. He and one of the managers did everything they could to get us to take the car home that day, which wasn't entirely a bad thing. We wanted to take our time and thoroughly review all of the paperwork. The numbers weren't making sense to us or adding up. Finally they claimed they must've made a mistake and "accidentally" entered a fee twice. This fee was around $2,000 so that was quite a mistake! This seemed very shady so we were ready to walk away, but in the end we decided to go through with it since it seemed like everything worked out in our favor. In conclusion, we did experience some unnecessary stress and they may or may not have been trying to pull a fast one on us, but we love the car and liked the salesman we dealt with.
