Luis picked up the phone early in the morning, had me send a photo of my bites to him, confirmed that they were most likely bb's and had Danny come that morning to confirm. Danny is very thorough and clear with advice and options, all while keeping you calm. Having been through this before, I decided to treat rather than wait. In keeping up with the times, they have added an additional treatment along with Aprehend to make the extermination even more effective. The matter was taken care of in a few hours, and I am so grateful. With the method they use I didn't have to put all my clothes in bags and only had to do my dirty laundry, which alleviates some of the stress from the situation. While I heartily wish I don't see them for a good long while (if ever lol), I can't recommend this company, Danny, Luis and Liz enough.

I explained that the technician must arrive prepared to assess and treat in ONE appointment. I specified that he must move appliances, stuff gaps with steel wool, get under radiator covers and plug holes with foam-- no more but no less than that. Pest pro was the third place I called and the only place that was willing to meet my requirements of coming prepared to plug up and treat. The other two places said they needed to do an assessment which in my experience can mean just forcing you to pay and stay home all day twice instead of once. The person who showed up was new to the job but came prepared as requested and did a great job. They plugged behind my stove, placed traps behind my fridge, plugged under several radiators, and left glue traps out. In the end a wooden trap that I placed caught the mouse and I haven't seen another since. I'm pretty certain that the kitchen mice were coming in behind the stove which pest pro mouse-proofed well. It was $325 in the end but it only took one appointment and the problem is totally solved so I would use them again, though I don't think I'll have to because they really sealed up the place and recommended some follow ups which I can do myself for larger holes that they couldn't handle wit steel wool and foam.

Both Henry and Matt were patient, understanding and super informative. Their communication was amazing - they even got back to me super late at night when they coulda just messaged me the next morning or something, but I appreciated it. They were super prompt, clear and quick when they did come and also super flexible with my schedule. They explained everything in detail, listened to my concerns and requests and were really a breath of fresh air to work with. They also have the best prices in town, at least from the research I did. The price includes their initial spray and the second spray a couple weeks later. It also comes with a 90 day warranty which really brought back my confidence and let me feel some peace of mind after my entire life was tossed upside down and the paranoia took hold. Anyhow, I'm several months after the initial experience and knock on every piece of wood in this world there are still no more bugs. Note this change of tune carefully. If your house is spacious and well organized enough to appear in a glossy magazine, you may get away without the "typical hassle of preparation." But if you have clutter, there will be trouble. We had E-Z-Pest recommended to us AFTER we'd already spent months packing books, papers, clothing, and paraphernalia out to the garage. They came and sprayed the house...and sprayed a second time...and sprayed a third time...and sprayed a fourth time...and still we had bedbugs. On the occasion of the fourth spraying, they started making excuses, alternating between (a) saying the place was STILL too cluttered, and (b) blaming our neighbors and recommending that we sic the city health department on them for not wanting strangers to come in and turn their place upside down during the pandemic lockdown. We finally got rid of the bugs by discarding a few pieces of furniture (that no one from E-Z-Pest had ever identified as problematical) and doing a lot of spraying ourselves. Five full months after the fourth spraying by E-Z-Pest, we had the bug-sniffing dog come in and verify that we are now bug free. To be fair, other exterminators demanded even more prep work before they'd even start treatment--effectively telling us to strip every room to the bare walls and live out of a suitcase until we could be sure the bugs were gone. The professionals from District Rodent Authority came in and did a full inspection of our apartment -- behind every appliance, inside closets, places we would not even think to look. They sealed off all entry points and put down bait stations, and advised us how to deal with things like pet food storage (sturdy plastic container, no bags!) and before long, I stopped having to emit blood-curdling screams at seeing a mouse race across our kitchen floor in the middle of the night. after 6 months, we saw a mouse, called DRA back, and they promptly sent Saeed, who like all his colleagues was super prompt, professional, and sealed up a hole a mouse had re-opened behind our dishwasher. Glad to report that i had successful bed bug services for a 1/3 of the cost, and I was given a range of what cost would be prior to the tech coming to my building, so I could make a decision and not waste any ones time.
