The worst experience ever! My bodysuit came one size bigger and they took it back to *fix* it. They never return it and suggested 20$ credit for the next service. Hm...seriously? Give you more of my clothing? Also my bodysuit's price is 170$ by the way. read more

No accountability! Overpriced for the service they provide. I took my graduation gown to get pressed and when i went to pick it up all i received was the hood and the gown was not at the location. They sent it to their other "plant" in Long Island City - and all they can say is "sorry ma'am". So no gown for graduation! The best dry cleaners in town, just move in my new place and went to find a dry cleaners nearby and i thank goodness i found this dry cleaners, the quality of the clothes is superb!!! The workers are so nice!!! And if you have a broken button just bring it to them and they will fix it for free... How great is that!!! This is an awesome drycleaner. The people are nice, the turnaround is prompt (2 or 3 business days), and they have never lost a single item. It's also the cheapest in the area- charging $2.50/shirt. On the **rare** occasion where a shirt comes back with some new stains (this has happened maybe twice in two years), they re-do the shirt free of charge. This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to. I brought three pairs of women's pants for dry cleaning and all three pairs came back stretched out to the point they are unwearable. When I went back to complain they sent them back to their plant to evaluate which resulted in them saying they did nothing wrong. My pants were just magically ruined. Would not compensate me for any of the damages or the price I paid to dry cleaning. read more

The absolute worst. I took a brand new shirt to this cleaners for launder and press. When I picked it up and took it home I took off the plastic to put it in my closet. It had large black smudges on the back. I attempted to brush it off and even sprinkled water on the smudges. It did not come out. I took it back to the cleaners and they said they'd re-do it. I picked it up again and the smudges were still there. After numerous phone calls and promises by them to call me back, which they never did, I called a 4th time and was told because I did not bring it back in the original plastic bag they were not responsible. Even though they re-did the shirt after I brought it back the first time. Destroyed shirt. No return phone calls. Refusal to take responsibility for the damage they caused. The poorest of customer service. Searching for any reason not to accept their responsibility. If you'd like the nice clothes you spent money on to be destroyed, by all means go to this cleaners. read more

A Hidden Gem! Truly, we were so discouraged by the quality of laundry services in the area 10022. For one year, we were unable to find a place that would typically return our clothing clean. The NYC's Finest Dry Cleaner is different story. You can see and feel it - the clothing is truly clean (and safe to wear). So grateful. And the service is wonderful. All the staff at the counter is courteous. And they understand (and execute) our instructions. Furthermore -- don't know how do they do it -- they are the cheapest laundry service around, that I know of ($1/lbs) and they don't send our clothing to Queens. It's done right here. I tried this place for wash and fold because it was close to my apt. The first time I got my clothes back folded but with wrinkles that were ridiculous( had to iron the clothes to wear)- so when I went back the second time I explained my issue and I just got my clothes and they are still full of wrinkles and they busted my laundry bag!! Horrible service. I took a shirt in to be drycleaned and when I picked it up, the neckline was completed stretched out. I pointed this out to the clerk and he took the shirt back and said he'd fix it. When I came back several days later, I was informed that they did not fix the shirt and would not do so because the item must've been damaged when I first brought it in. They refused to pay to have the shirt repaired (which another drycleaner was able to do) or issue a refund for the service. I repeatedly tried to speak with the manager, but was never able to do so (either in person or via phone). read more

This place is great! The people are friendly and it's fantastically cheap! Their turnaround is really quick. The only reason it's not getting 5/5 is because their opening times are not also their delivery times. read more
