This was my first time here. It is a cute little place. My party had a total of 4 people. When we got there we could tell the host/waiter/cook was a little overwhelmed because he had just had a busy moment, but he got us seated, took our drink order, and then came back a little while later and got our food orders. I asked him for suggestions. He highly recommended the pastas but I wanted pizza so I chose the Spinach pizza. My husband got the Philly cheese sandwich and my daughter and her boyfriend got the meat lovers pizza to share. When our food came out, which only took about 15 minutes, which was nice considering how short-staffed he was. My pizza looked good and like I would expect spinach pizza to look. It was cheesy and had a good amount of spinach on it. The crust was then and crispy. It didn't taste like there were any additional seasonings used like oregano or Italian seasoning. But I added pepper and red pepper flakes for more flavor. their kids pizza looked okay. The meat didn't look like it was the best quality. And I was surprised that there wasn't additional cheese on top, but it was still cheesy, and they enjoyed it. My husband's Philly cheese sandwich allso looked good. Our first night in our new home in the area and after a long drive from New England we ordered here. I found it OK. The good: delivery was quick (via Uber eats), they were generous with the dressing sides ordered. They gave a huge portion of bread for the pasta entrees we ordered. The stuffed shells were quite good. Good sized, not too overcooked etc. They followed all instructions given through the Uber Eats app including a generous bit of Plastic cutlery which was appreciated as it was the first night in our new home and we had nothing unpacked. The order was also packed very well (this place could give lessons on how to properly pack a particularly messy order, it didn't go unnoticed the attention to detail they took when packing it up). The not-so-good: the pizza really didn't taste like a New York slice. It was fine, passable, it wasn't mind blowing, it was not bad. The red sauce had an odd spice to it (maybe too much mint? Really, I don't know... There was this sharpness from a certain spice I haven't tasted in red sauce before). The meatballs were not handmade or homemade, they had that tinge of pre frozen taste to them that one can spot a mile away especially when you cut in and see that homogenous Grey texture with no hints of onion or garlic or parsley, etc. Really disappointing in the meatball, next time I will try to sausage. All in all, if you need a pizza, want reliable delivery and attention to detail, no issues. Avoid the meatballs, there is no way they make those in house and taste like every other pre frozen meatball in the world. I'll order again but it won't be my first option for Italian as I begin to discover fort worth. read more

Went to pick up an order here and owner was rude and obnoxious. He is just nasty with his tone. I had never been in there and he was yelling and said, "don't you know what your doing?" When I stated I had never been in there before he didn't care. He is most unprofessional. There were at least thirteen people waiting for orders and one table of diners. I felt sorry for the delivery drivers and staff. Do yourself a favor and don't order here. I can't imagine anyone from Uber eats or Door Dash wanting to go pick up pizzas there and be treated horribly by him. People aren't particularly friendly here and the food isn't particularly good either. When your name contains the words NY and pizza, one would expect this place to have bad to the bone NY pizza. I've had NY pizza on many occasions, and this is not even close. I ate one slice and the rest went in the bin. I was so hoping they would have friendly service and good pizza/pasta, but neither one was there. The pizza was bland - the sauce was flat and flavorless, the crust had zero appeal or taste, and the one word that comes to mind was 'meh'. I mean, Pizza Hut has better pizza and they don't claim NY style pizza. The pizza is delicious, thin crust but not hard or crunchy, perfect texture and all the toppings are fresh and high quality. I highly recommend this restaurant for eat-in dining (they have a bar too), or take-out. The food is hot and fresh. Friendly service. Very clean. I love the food here. Calzone is wonderful. Lasagna is delicious. Pizza is great. TV's are big and they have a bar for adults only. Most people do takeout but I like to eat in. Give it a shot. This is a good place for solid pizza. Was a little thrown off at first due to the place being empty. I learned two things: 1. They have a large volume of carry out customers. 2. This place is an underrated hidden gem. We ordered (3) pies, 18" classic cheese (darn kids), 18" pepperoni, and a 14" philly. Their pies are made in an actual pizza oven and not on a conveyer belt.
