Horrible experience. I called first thing in the morning to book an appointment for 315. I walked in and was directed to sit at a station with a woman who was clearly caught off guard. The station was absolutely filthy and she had tools and dust all over the place. She began to look at my current nails, which were in very rough shape, but beautifully designed. They had very detailed hand, painted turquoise along with cow print that I had got done at a different nail salon and location. She then began to talk with several of the other employees coming over pointing at my fingernails and when I had questioned what they were talking about because I couldn't understand, she said nothing. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable, considering they were obviously talking about my fingers and it would be nice to be included. She asked me what color I had wanted, and I took my time to look and chose a cat eye nail polish as an accent nail, which she did not know how to use the magnet and was shaking. I asked if it was possible to get a small simple flower design on my ring finger, which she was very confident in doing. I will show you the example of what I asked for and what I got below. She was shaking like a leaf the whole time and I didn't know what to say or how to even react. For the 45$ that I spent, 7 of my nails were chipped by the next day, my nails look like a toddler did them, they are all now extremely thin and breaking. Never again. read more

The staff is always super friendly. Sometimes they rush a little, but not today. They took their time and were patient with the specific design. It was very busy. I suggest calling ahead to avoid a wait or rushing. I would recommend this establishment and will be going back when I need these acrylics filled. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Terrible very unprofessional! Had an appt at 2 didn't even get seated until 2:30 was tossed around I ended up being seen by 3 nail techs.. burned my fingers, ALL my nails bubbled up I didn't even get out to the car and noticed. Go back inside after sitting there for over 2 hours, they wanted me to sit and re do. Which would be another hour, said only 10 mins. Tech starts drilling the whole polish off and will have to re do all of them.. along with all the design(French tip). Offers to give me $20 back.. I shouldn't even have paid $100 ($10 tip) oh I should not $10 of the amount was the tip so I got $10 refunded. 2 of the nails are crooked.. I got them done on SUNDAY and one just popped off. Was told come in and we fix.. I can't spend another 40 mins getting my nail fixed all I asked was for a refund. TERRIBLE PLACE! I called and tried speaking to the owner & of course get tossed around on the phone. Pathetic! Oh I should also add the owner called me as soon as I made a google review trying to offer me $16 refund. Begged me to take the review down but won't make things right. Terrible job. I asked for a dip manicure and said I needed to soak off my current one. Well...they drilled off my previous dip down to my bed and when I made a few faces (because my finger was on fire from the friction) they said they were almost done. That's how you ruin someone's nail beds. I went Sunday and by Tuesday night 3 nails were completed cracked and the rest were uneven. Typically dip manicures last 2-3 weeks. read more

twice they lied to me about the services. I asked for the most basic pedicure for myself and granddaughters and they acted like they didn't understand but then said that the 48.00 pedicure was the most basic. it's not they lost one for 38.00 but don't tell you that. the "8 minute massage" was a joke. they aren't paying attention to the clients at all and it is far from a massage-barely touching me just wasting time. they give one coat of polish on pedicure no top coat no second coat. manicure just as bad they don't take old gel off naturally they use a tool to take part of the nail off with the polish. they give two coats and one top coat for polish. when I went to pay the manager the technician stood there expecting a tip which I did give because it was't totally her fault -it is the policies there. this is the second time they lied to me about cost of service and gave me a bill much beyond initially quoted. i have not been anyplace in Syracuse as expensive with such poor technicians and managers. do not go there. go to Towne center or one of the shops in dewitt anyplace has to be better read more

I had a gift certificate to this salon or never would have gone here. I wanted a basic pedicure and said that repeatedly when they kept insisting I try one of the other pedicures. The young man doing my nails kept looking around and talking to his coworkers instead of focusing on my feet. He scratched the skin on my toes numerous times because he wasn't paying attention. They kept trying to add things like a massage and callous removal which I didn't need. At checkout they kept insisting I make a follow up appointment after I repeatedly said no thank you. read more

Health hazard!!!! Ivy is tech and she cut my toe really bad causing profuse bleeding. She tried to stop it then used the gel and polish to try to stop it. Will never go back to this place! The nail tech was extremely rude about the fact that it was my first time there and I already had on acrylics from a different salon. My nails are uneven and misshaped. The fill took an hour and a half and cost me 35 $!!!!!! Not to mention she ran the tools over my nails so many times it caused my skin around the nails to bleed but, she continued to put chemicals in the cuts!! Very careless. Very rude!! I had an appointment for 5:30 and did not leave the salon until 8:30! I understand that these are different circumstances however it should not take 3 hours for a nail appointment! They way overcharged me and when I literally pointed at their prices to show them they were charging me too much they argued with me over it! They are under new management which is too bad the staff seems to be inexperienced and each time my fill has not been good at all. Also they have a sign posted if you give them a good rating on yelp they will give you money off your bill - It seems to me if you are paying people to give you a good review you already know your not doing a good job. Do not bother to think if you make an appointment they will be ready for you when you arrive I have went two times since the new management took over and the technician which is also the new owner was busy with another client when I arrived promptly for my scheduled appointment. The last time I waited 20 minutes - ( past my appointment time) which made me late back to work. Also he put a different product on my nails without asking which increased the price. I went because I wanted to get my nails done with my friends. I went at a time that not many people should be there. There were not many people there as I expected. I did have to wait longer than I expected. There was one person who was working the pedicures and like 4 doing the manicure. My friends and made an appointment for all of us together. After waiting about 10 minutes my first friend and got a manicure. About 10 minutes after that my next friend went. Then 10 minutes later I finally got to go. I could see people in the back who were workers but they most likely were on a break. That was the complaint part, now for the upside! Even though I did have to wait a little while it was mainly because the people besides my friends getting manicure got acrylics so I get the wait. Once I got to get my nails done, I said what I wanted and they said would you like me to trim you nails I said yes and they asked me what I wanted as they were doing my nails. It was nice that they thought about me and what I wanted. It did take a little while like 30-ish minutes but my nails were smooth and very nice after. My friends nails did chip a little bit but her nails are short and she didn't ask for a lot of polish coats. I did like it! It was a nice place. Some people might have had a worse experience than me but I enjoyed what I got. I definitely will be going back! read more

I came here on a whim because I was in desperate need and it is near my house. The tech was getting increasingly frustrated that I did not have my hands in the exact position she wanted them in, and would just shake my limbs until I was. That made for a really poor experience. When I left, I thought my nails looked fine, I got the dip powder. But they were chipping off within the week. My dip nails from Cosmo Spa & Nails don't EVER chip, even up to three weeks after. I won't be coming back, I did not get what I paid for. read more

Just had my second pedicure here and it was just as good as the first! Very friendly and clean!

First I sat in the chair for a regular pedicure and they handed me a list of specials that I said I didn't want. They took the list away but kept trying to force them on me. "You want hot rock?" No. I want regular. They told me it would be $25 for a regular pedi which is the normal price so I was fine with that. Went through the average pedi (nothing special) and then at the end they said "$32." I found out later they charged me $8 WITH OUT telling me for a callus removal. Also they give me the incorrect change. Never will go back here. They try to charge you extra. read more

Do not go to this place! I called and requested an appointment with Katie. The person receptionist told me that Katie was on vacation and would not be able to do my nails this week, so they set up an appointment for me to get a full set of acrylics. When I arrived at the salon it became apparent to me that the salon had undergone a change in management and I did not appreciate the dishonesty over the phone, but I decided to give the salon a chance. The staff was extremely rude and pushy with me. I asked for a set of acrylics and they said I should get the nail dip and I politely declined. Then they continued to insist I got the dip and would not stop bothering me about it. When I did get them to do the acrylics, they did a very poor job (the nails were extremely thick, lumpy, and pointed in different directions). They were also extremely rude when I asked to have a different shape. On top of that, I asked for them to simply paint my toes. $25 just for a color change with no pedicure.
