I've used them for about 4 years. They always did an ok job for the price. Last year they started moving things around are yard and not putting them back and missing weeks. My husband spoke to the men and they apologized and started putting our stuff back. By stuff I mean 4 chairs and a 12ft trampoline. Not little toys my son left out as I always make sure he yard is clean for when they come. They now toss my trampoline and hairs aside with no regard for our things. This past weekend was Memorial Day and my husband had asked if they could come on Friday instead of Tuesday because we were having a party. They don't cut the lawn short enough so we wanted them to one the day before. They assured us no problem. Well they showed up Wednesday. My husband called and they said they'd come Friday too they just wanted to make sure the lawn was extra short. Aka they messed up. Anyway Friday comes and no Longos. We spent hours setting I'll r our party which was for about 40 people. Our party was at 10am and Longos showed up on Saturday at 830! No problem right? Except they tossed all of our chairs, tables, toys and games we spent hours cleaning and setting up, mowed the lawn, and went to leave. My husband asked them to please put back our stuff we spent hours seri up for our party and their response was "no, not our problem". In MARCH we asked for an estimate for a concrete slab poured and they gave it to us the next day. Too bad we had to call twice a week for over two moths always be told they'd call us back and never did. They never came and I had to find someone else. Today was the last straw. I happened to be home when they came. I watched hem toss my chairs and trampoline quickly and halfassed mow the lawn. Then I watched them deliberately blow leaves and grass in our pool. DELIBERATELY! Then not only did they NOT put my stuff back they broke one of my trampoline poles. When I went to the front door with my son (2 years old) to see if they were leaving the guy in the pick up truck gave my house the finger when he saw me leaving. I say house because I like to believe he didn't give me the finger. I never wrote bad reviews because as a business owner myself I always try and give the benefit of the doubt. But word to the wise..... DO NOT USE LONGOS EVEN IF ITS YOUR LAST RESORT. I've also included pictures to back my story.
