i will give these people -10 stars !!! i was on my way there when i called the dealer on may 25, 2022 at 12:20 pm. i told the gentleman that i need to ask a simple question to one of the sales agent. it was a loan question, i was aproved for a loan and had to ask a simple question before arrival, the guy told me that he must make an appointment to speak to sales , ridiculous, additionally, i my phone died and i tried calling back on my way to the dealer , but the operator was playing games and not answering my calls, hanging up the phone. i called from a different number and he pick up in was laughing. do not do business in a place where they do take client serious and do not care about client time !!! i found another dealer near by and made a purchase

    SCAMMERS RUN FAR AWAY!!!!

I was scammed part of it was my ignorance trusting a car sales person. However, you shouldn't sell a car without warning the customers about the deficiencies in the car. The drivers door is broken and the car jerks while driving. Along with the long list of things that's not working in the car. I was promised that they were going to fix the door and side mirrors that are also broken. When we went back the next day. Kenny the manager lied to our face and told us he never told us they were going to fix it. My only regret was not being about record him when he told us he was going to fix the issue..... RuN far away from this place...

Suddenly changed within a day or less after I called and said I was going to come check out the car and go over the sales tax costs.

So, I saw a great deal on Car Fax for a KIA Sorento. I called to inquire on availability and pricing and whatever was needed to drive the vehicle out of the lot. After showing interest, I followed up so I could grab the vehicle next day and I noticed the sale price suddenly was changed. I called them back and they said it was just a 24 hour deal (which was not part of the conversation). I'm just happy that I didn't make the 1.5 hour trip to get ripped off. I'd recommend scouting the place first before using Carfax and becoming victim of bait and switch.

Scammers! Don't waste your time coming here! You can call to verify and make appointment, when you arrive they will say the car is sold. Another customer was here and the car was 10k more than what was listed online.

I visited NYC AUTOMART on Jan 15, 2020 with a desire to purchase an Infinite QX80. My credit is not a plus, but William and the staff at NYC AUTOMART went above and beyond to work with me. Suffice to say that night I drove off the lot with the car of my dreams. So if your shopping for sleek, sexy high end vehicle and looking for a courteous, professional and excellent staff with exceptional skills to suit a customer's needs then come visit NYC AUTOMART 120-41 Flatlands Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11207. THANKS GUYS.

I had problems with my car from day 1 and they didn't help with anything. Do your research people and don't bother with this dealership.

Thankfully after looking at some reviews I decided to check out ELDORADO and I met the wonderful Mark. Mark is like a kind uncle . He was patient, he was informative, and he was invested in me making the right choice for my lifestyle and my budget . He was never pushy like the typical sleazy used car salesman so I felt comfortable working with him. We found a car that worked for me and his team even handled all the dmv requirements so I didn't have to do that myself . I am so happy with my purchase . My family got a chance to meet mark as well and said if they ever are in the market for a car they would work with him in the future! I also want to note that after I bought the car I had a problem with my heat . I called mark and he was so apologetic and instantly called a mechanic who took care of it right away at no cost to me. Mark has called to follow up with me and ask about my family even though I already bought the car. He is a genuine person as well as the rest of his staff. I would highly recommend this dealer if you're looking for a good used car !!

My gripe however is that I'm not even in my second month from owning one of their cars and I've had an exhaust repair (if they inspected the pipes they would have seen the damage right?) luckily it was within the 30 days so the did cover that! But I didn't have to skip work so probably evens out the cost in reality. And now I'm staring down the barrel of a complete transmission replacement putting me $5000 out of pocket. By the way that's half of what the car cost! Fist time taking it into an interstate going above 65mph and the cars transmission fails. When a car You just bought, and after being assured it was running great! Has it's transmission fail, is a large kick in the teeth! I would advise anyone considering buying used, to seek a proper inspection at the car dealership before buying used. Do not take the people selling it on their word, as it can cost you big time. We were dumb enough to think we won't need the extended warranty. Maybe you should chip in for it. Better than being stuck with a $5000 bill I somehow have to find in the back of my couch. I really wanted to like this place but now I am just waiting for more things to fail with the car I'm now stuck with until it's paid up.

I won't make assumptions but ill explain my experience…read more Purchased a vehicle from them in 2023 (2019 Nissan Maxima at about 60k miles used. Had me sign all of the paperwork before I even got to test drive. (My first experience car shopping so you know how that goes.) The online pictures made the car look clean. When I stepped in the vehicle there was a deep cut in the front windshield literally from top to bottom shallow enough where it wasn't noticeable. (They also had a Sun screen on it so maybe that helped conceal it. When I mentioned this needs to be fixed the salesman said its cosmetic and its my responsibility. I told him when an officer pulls me over cosmetic won't be on the ticket. He didnt budge and I had already signed the paperwork so I took the car to a mechanic non affiliated with their business to get it checked out. Not soon after I rolled the vehicle out the lot the check engine light comes on. (I understand lemon law but I wanted to see what the mechanic had to say.) When i got a report a page long of the issues the salesman immediately stated "You used your own money? You could've used our mechanic." Obviously I could not trust this business afterwards so I told him no I preferred my own. The tempo changed and he fixed the glass and the "mechanical issues" (im not a car guy but its something about the northwind downwind thing related to the catalytic). While leaving other issues out as "cosmetic". Fast forward to today 2026 My review overall has been involving constant repairs (most of which i imagine comes from regular use.) But the latest blunder has been my transmission being blown a little while back. I took on the expense at the cost of maxing out 3 credit cards and lovely to know my Mechanic tells me most likely someone swapped out my transmission with a different one most likely to sell it. Im not going to slander them and say they did it but they were the ones who sold me a car which needed a. Windshield replacement, mechanical repairs needed right off the bat, sold it to me before I even got to test drive it, sold it to me used with new car pricing (~26k at ~60k miles), only rendered repairs when they saw im willing to spend my own money. Now im left with about 70% of my debt coming from a car they sold me. If you need my background I have multiple jobs in healthcare, im a real frustrated person with a real story.

The vehicle never should have passed an inspection with this indicator on but they gave it to us in an unsafe condition anyway. None of these issues were communicated to us upon taking the vehicle. We contacted Brooklyn Mitsubishi and they had us bring the car back a week later. After ten days without any communication from Brooklyn, we reached out to find out if the car was ready. The airbag issue was fixed but the navigation issue was never addressed. They said they would order a new navigation card (after having the car and doing nothing about it for 10 days). We STILL have not heard back from them, over two months later. We will now have to address the navigation issue out of pocket directly with the dealer. We are a family of five drivers and would never use Brooklyn Mitsubishi again.

After test driving the suv which badly needed brakes, the salesman said the $6995 price was AFTER you put $2995 down AND finance the car through them which after everything came to a lil less than 12k. me and the salesman agrreed on a $7000 cash price. he disapears for a while and comes back asking for my money down, i hand him 2500 and he goes away again to speak with the "finance manager"who looks like he was kicked out of a rap video, the salesman brings me into the room and the finance manager tells me i can have the car with financing for the retail price which is 12k. Turns out the salesman never spoke with the finance manager, they tried to get me to finance the car so they can get paid (dealerships get paid through the bank for every car financed through them). i asked for my money back and walked out. This place is the ultimate bait and switch operation with either no comminication or they just dont care about you. I would stay away unless you want to finance a 7yr old suv with 72k miles and pretty much no brakes. I had expressed interested in four SUVs, and provided a clear order of preference. One had already sold, but none were in a position where I could get a decent good or even test drive. More on that in a moment... My biggest red flag is that they were in such a hurry to push the financing through that they didn't even bother showing me the vehicles in question. They automatically started with the form, trying to get my co-signer on the phone, what sources of income, how's my credit, etc. That is a lot of conversation and a lot of information before I have even had a look at the cars to decide if this is the right choice for me. I stepped outside to make a call, came back in and asked to see the cars, which they were were amenable to but it was a very brief walk around the lot. They did not open the hoods, the trucks, or the doors of any of the options except the door of the nicest one. My top pick was missing a hub cap, and the back bumper was disconnected on the corner at an odd angle. When I inquired as to a CarFax report, I was told the manager would not furnish one until the financing went through because I was looking at older cars and it "wasn't worth it". When I pressed, I was informed that the bank would do it's own inspection or report when it did its financing. My response was that I was not dealing with any banks or putting any money down until I saw reports on the vehicles, especially because they were older, to which I was told it wasn't worth the money to pay for the CarFax reports if someone wasn't going to buy a vehicle. Honestly this was the biggest red flag to me because every single other dealership I have texted or spoken to so far has sent over a CarFax report upon request, no questions asked. Even though the salesman was very nice, no pressure and seemed to want to do right by me- I will not be returning. Whether is it is, in fact "the manager" or the dealership policies, or something else... I am just too put off by the heavy push to get financed before I'm even properly shown the options available to me with the appropriate documentation.
