The only downside was the pricing. It felt like a bait and switch though that seems more like a corporate-level issue than anything on Ingrid's end. The initial estimate was $80, the app later showed $114 when I confirmed the appointment and I ultimately ended up paying about 40% more than the expected initial quote or $133. I understand there's a cost to getting your dog groomed.. but pricing transparency should be available. That said, Ingrid truly does a wonderful job.

He went over Bella's latest bloodwork and I explained the symptoms that were concerning me. Joe didn't try to push me to buy anything. It wasn't at all about making a "big sale." I also was not told to disregard what Bella's veterinarian had said. Joe helped me pick out the holistic products and healthy choices to help Bella heal and feel good. For me, my dogs are family. Like humans, animals deserve the highest quality of care. The immense selection of products was so much to take in but, in a very positive way! You can also find staples like dog and cat toys, leashes, and collars and everything in between. I am so grateful to have found whiskers. Their staff is incredible, patient and kind. There is also a dryer inside the cleaning area, but it's very loud. They provide towels if your pup isn't good with loud noises. After a long bath, it was nice to grab a few bones (rawhide, pig ear, and bully stick) all of which were reasonably priced or cheaper than petco! We signed up for their frequent wash program and will definitely return. The only con is you can only wash one pup at a time, so you may have to wait a bit for a turn!

While most everything can probably found online for cheaper, it's the best option for being able to get something in person without the wait for shipping. I took my Pekingese to be groomed, which was quite expensive--$165 is more than I pay for my own haircut--and it took them 3.5 hours. My husband specifically requested a groomer named May and showed a photo with clear grooming instructions at drop-off. However, when we picked up our dog, he had been groomed by someone else who was never given the instructions we requested. A bait and switch. We explicitly told the groomer DO NOT CUT HIS LONG EARS. Yet, when we picked him up, his beautiful long ears had been cut and thinned. To make matters worse, there were multiple dread-like tangles of residual hair they had trimmed but didn't even bother to comb out (see photos). We requested a smooth puppy cut, but what he got was a choppy, irregular mess with long shaggy patches all over his body and no discernible shape. (See photos) The underside of his paws still had excessive fur around the pads and the close shave around his anus (no picture) is frankly unattractive. While they gave him an adorable scarf post grooming, this is far from the high-end, expert grooming suggested by the price. I normally go to Easy Wag but couldn't get an appointment this week. Now I know it would've been worth it wait. I do not recommend grooming services here.

So instead of torqueing she asked if she could shaved her, she left a mane and I love it. Delilah now looks like a Lion. Delilah came home much happier usually take weeks for her to get over seeing the groomer I would say she has PTSD. I could tell right off the the pet groomer cared about hurting Delilah.
