My husband was craving pizza while on vacation in Florida. He saw the name MotorCity Pizza and was…read morevery intrigued since we are from Michigan. He ordered the Pauly D pizza and it was as good as Buddy's pizza in Michigan. Thick crispy crust was delicious. I ordered a chicken pita sandwich with no tomato and no cheese (normally has American cheese and Swiss cheese). A massive sandwich was placed in front of me - it could not even be folded into a wrap size. I started to eat from the top and was about 1/3 of the way done when I noticed it had cheese still (which I cannot eat due to extreme dairy sensitivity). I went back to the counter and asked if I could get a different kits without cheese. The owner was at the counter and immediately took the sandwich from me and had the chef remake it. I was a bit surprised that it was going to be remade when a new pita would have made me happy. Well I got a new meal and dig in again. My husband had pizza leftover so he took it to his sister's house as she just moved into a new condo in Boynton Beach. Her and her BFF took one look at the pizza and dove in. They enjoyed it so much that she ordered three pizzas for her condo-warming party! Folks really enjoyed it! And if you are from Michigan or visited when younger, they have a good selection of Faygo pop (cuz you gotta call it pop like MI natives do). We would definitely come back here again.

We had an excellent lunch here. They have a number of specials and combos, and it was hard to…read moreselect from among them. During the week, they have combos that are even more reasonably priced. You order (and pay) at the counter, and they bring your food to you. Drinks are self-serve as are some of the toppings. My husband got their lunch foot-long hot dog combo. The grilled dog really was quite long. He requested mustard and chopped onions on it. The crinkle cut fries were well done. He liked both more than enough to say he'd order this again. I got their small (7") cheesesteak sandwich. I didn't get it as a combo -- knowing I'd be stealing some fries from my husband's plate). Instead of onions, I got it with mushrooms and sweet green peppers. And I chose provolone for my cheese. The bread was packed with grilled steak. I really liked my cheesesteak! It was a tad greasy and absolutely delicious. The only thing I would do differently next time is not get the mushrooms (there are other toppings from which to choose) as they are not fresh, but canned. I'm sure we'd stop back by the next time we are in the area. And next time, I'd like to get the hot dog. Maybe he'll try the cheesesteak?

It was one on a hot dog bun that was also so hard you couldn't really eat it. They hardly put any condiments on the sandwich. Asked for cheese and there was one piece on the whole sandwich. And I paid $14.99. When it's $7 on their web site!!!!! THATS NOT BUY ONE GET ONE. and the quality was disgusting! DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!

The prices here keep going up but one thing that is always consistent is going to be their food. I…read morehave been coming to this location for years and I have never had a complaint over one of their fresh burgers, shoestring fries or their shakes. Their AC though? Pretty cold at all times. Staff here really consists of back of the house as ordering and seating is all self service. Their soda machine is also self service but to prevent customers from stealing, you get a QR code that you scan after paying for a drink. Drive through can be a lot slower than I'd like but I always try to keep my visit as a dine in.

I've had Steak 'n Shake before, but many years ago, and never went back. This location is nearby and I drive by it all the time, so I figured it was worth a second chance now that the menu is better. The place has plenty of outside parking and a drive-thru. We dined inside, where you order at the kiosks and they call you when your food's ready. Everything is made to order, so it's nice to know your food is fresh. The location was clean, and employees were acknowledging even if there wasn't much interaction. There's an old-school diner vibe to the place, and they've even got those quarter machines by the entrance where kids can grab a little toy -- a nice nostalgic touch. My husband and I ordered the single smash combo plus an additional single smashburger, so we could each have a burger while sharing the fries and drink. I also got the Frisco sauce on the side. For drinks, we went with the brewed iced tea (they have sweet and unsweet), though there's also a soda fountain for those who want soda. They also offer milkshakes, which their signage claims are rated #1 by Zagat -- we didn't try one this visit, but it's definitely on the list for next time! We found a booth and sat down, and within 5 minutes our food was ready. There were a few other patrons in the restaurant as well, and there was plenty of seating. The burger was great, and the fries were skinny-ish and also delicious. The Frisco sauce was great on both the burger and the fries, IMO. We'll be back when the smashburger craving hits -- this place is tasty and reasonably priced!
