You simply order online, as late as the morning of if you like (but you can also set a custom subscription), then pick up your vegetarian Indian bagged lunch around noon at the designated location. My meal always came with rice, bread, and 2-3 curry or other entree dishes. As a non-Indian person, I have always enjoyed Indian food, but this place especially turned me on to strictly vegetarian options... always delicious, while still hearty and healthy! The owner and chef is a leader in this area of cuisine. I have interacted with him in person many times upon picking up my lunch, and he and his family are also very kind.
